What Studio Ghibli movie should I purchase first?

I have never watched any of these but I've heard they are outstanding. With the 50% off special through the DMC I would like to purchase a Studio Ghibli film. I have a three year old daughter who I like to watch movies with so I would like it to be something she would find interesting as well.
Any ideas?
The two I'm currently deciding between are My Neighbor Totoro and The Cat Returns but I can be swayed. Any help would be much appreciated.
Thank you.

For a three year old I would go for Kiki's Delivery Service. It's the one that she would enjoy the most in my opinion.

Totoro would be the best for young kids, IMO.

The Cat Returns. The cats are wonderful, either silly or helpful. I personally adore the Baron.

Panda Go Panda! is a great DVD... It has two short stories from the seventies, but it is a really fun show... My niece has loved it for the past several years... I would think the two shorts are better than a full-length movie at 3 years old. It has a catchy theme song, talking pandas, a spunky little girl, and a whole circus full of animals in the second show...
Unfortunately, it isn't one of the Disney titles, but it should be easily available at online retailers (and maybe brick & mortar stores, depending on your location.)
I would also think that Totoro would be the most enjoyable for a 3-year-old. The other Disney-released titles may be too deep for her right now, although my younger niece has enjoyed Kiki's Delivery Service, Castle in the Sky, and Spirited Away for several years (she is 9 now...)

Spirited Away made me cry the first time I saw it. I thought it was a beautiful movie. But that probably doesnt help you, does it?[/u]

Thank you all for the input. I decided to go with My Neighbor Totoro. Hopefully, it's as good as everyone says it is and I'll soon be starting a Studio Ghibli collection.

"My Neighbor Totoro" and "Kiki's Delivery Service" are good choices for kids.
OFF-TOPIC: Btw, Little Red Henski, I've seen your avatar of a R1 cover of Castle of Cagliostro. Do you know when's that released?

FYI, that is NOT a Disney release... Although they obviously copied the cover design, that is from the people who released the original DVD - Manga Entertainment.
Personally, I like the look, since it should blend in well with the Disney-released titles (except for the first 3...

)
I wonder if it was done with Disney's permission, or if permission would even be required to copy something like that.

D'oh! From the looks on the cover, I'd actually thought it was a real cover from disney. Well, I guess I was wrong. Oh well, I'll buy the Special Edition (Manga Entertainment) on August 29th, even though the cover looks nice. Thanks for the info, Little Red Henski and littlefuzzy.

Hmmm. I may just get the SE of Castle of Cagliostro, even though I have the first version. This needs looking into.
Maybe now if Manga got the R1 rights to Hols...

I received My Neighbor Totoro today and the whole family enjoyed it (myself, wife, and 3-year old daughter).
Thanks for the input everybody. We've decided to get The Cat Returns now as well and I'll be collecting all of them eventually.
I've also noticed that Spirited Away has been playing on Cartoon Network lately.

Yeah, Spirited Away is a great film, but it's not intended for the youngest kids. Furthermore the pan & scan job that shows on Cartoon Network does murder to it. Get the DVD if you want to see it, but put Totoro on in the other room for your 3 year old.
