Since Disney has been/is releasing several DA shows on DVD (finally! ), I wouldn't be surprised if it's out sometime next year.

Of all the Disney non studio films, the one DVD release I have been waiting years for is the Gummi Bears.
Tailspin & Darkwing Duck are due out this year for the first time and Chip 'n Dale - Rescue Rangers and Ducktales are getting a second volume each later this year too.
Quack Pack & Goof Troop were terribly poor releases, let's hope Disney does the Gummi Bears justice when (or if) they ever see release.
