Do "ALL" Treasure Sets Come With Chapter Inserts?

I'm just curious because so far, everyone I have obtained (which is all of them to date), have been from either Canadian retailers and/or Ebay sellers located in Canada, with the exception of The Complete Goofy which was purchased in the States. And so far all have come with their respective chapter inserts, however I recieved a brand new set last week (factory sealed) which came from the U.S. and upon opening it up, I realised it did not have any chapter insert nor did it have that little grey Walt Disney Treasures booklet that's been included with all my previous Treasure sets. The only thing it contained, aside from a little promo sales flyer which advertised other Disney dvd titles, was the original movie poster slip... but no insert or booklet. This just had me curious, did everyone else recieve chapter inserts and booklets as I have with all my previous sets and why weren't they included in this set?

The ones ive got - goofy /studios/disneyland/MM b+w have come from the states & contain the grey booklet and postcard. But sadly the MM b+w only had 1 disc in it even though it was factory sealed still

-i got it on ebay & the guy who sold it wasn't interested - got a bit of revenge by false bidding on him

i know its wrong but he was a clown

Whoa, was it factory sealed when you purchased it? If so, you should contact Disney about it, otherwise I would have filed complaints with the seller and taken action through Ebay...
That sucks.

Ebay dont like/care about complaints - i sent them several emails & all they said was "its out of our hands" . Getting in touch with disney was something i thought about as it was factory sealed but as i got it from an auction without a bill i didnt think they would be interested (it is also easy to resel things nowadays so it may not have been genuinly factory sealed)

plus i'd have to ship it back to the states from england. Its not that bad though - i got it fairly cheap and managed to sell it on

- i did tell the next buyer there was only 1 disc
I do learn by mistakes & now i always ask any seller to check the contents befour shipping

Of the 7 currently out in the U.S., I've had a booklet and poster card come with each one. You should consider contacting Disney on this issue.

I've got all seven and all of them came with the poster card and grey booklet that contains the contents from that collection. There is no sepparate insert with chapter contents that any of my 7 have had.

You should contact Disney if you think something is missing. But if you bought it off ebay, you might want to tell them you got it as a gift. This way you don't have a receipt.

So are you saying you got the poster card, the grey booklet, and an additional insert that listed chapters (totalling 3 different items)?

Okay sorry guys... I just checked and they only contain the booklet and poster slips. My mistake. This one set however, did not contain the booklet and that is what had me confused. I guess this was just a packaging error?

guess it was an error cuz mine's got it, you got it unopened right? will disney send you a booklet?
