Best Villain Animator: Round 1 - Heat 4

This is the fourth heat of the first round. And this choice could be especially tough. Here are the choices:
Ollie Johnston
Anastasia
Drizella
Mr. Smee
Prince John
Sire Hiss
Glen Keane
Bear (Fox and the Hound)
Ratigan
Sykes (Oliver and Company)
While I think Glen Keane may be a fantastic animator, Ollie Johnston was some better villains. So I'm gonna choose Mr. Johnston.
