Is this title ever going to be released on Special Edition DVD. It
really needs a serious restoration too. I think this title is not been
treated the way it deserves to be treated.

You do know that that e-mail is probably the uniform one that they send out to everyone, just changing the name and title. It sounds like it , anyway.

It was the first Disney film I remember watching, I had a Rescuers hardcover book too, and I loved so much I begged my mom to buy me "Walt Disney - Los Clasicos: Los Rescatadores" VHS.

First of all,The Rescuers is a good enough DVD.That's like at Artisan, were they release 1,000 editions of "Terminator 2".Second,I sent a e-mail to Disney, too. This about putting "Meet The Deedles" on DVD,and full-screen titles to go widescreen.Hasn't been answered yet.How many weeks did it take to get yours answered,Tangela(aka Eric)?
