I was posting some message and when I clicked on 'Submit' I got the following message:

"You cannot make another post so soon after your last; please try again in a short while."

What does it mean?

I think there's like a "1 post a minute" rule where you can't post more than once a minute. If you try to you'll get that message.

Many other times I did 2 or 3 posts a minute and I had never gotten that message before...

Now that I think about it I've done the same thing before and never gotten the message, hmm...

All I know is that at other message boards you get that message when you post (err try to) more than once every minute or thirty seconds or so.

maybe the forum is like not another rescuers post!

You probably just clicked Submit twice, so the first one posted and you just saw the message which succesfully blocked a duplicate post.
