I only just now learned that this is "Malcolm in the Middle"'s last season (how that slipped by me, I don't know) and now I see that he is leaving the acting profession for at least a while. In a rather odd move, he's signed a 2 year contract as a professional race car driver. I've always liked Frankie, so that's a shame. Hopefully he'll return to acting after this stint is over. (And hopefully another "Malcolm" DVD release will make up for the show ending).

Yeah, I need more Malcolm in the Middle even if my mom hates to see it I'll buy it.

The way I see it:
1 less talentless "kid star".

Atleast this child star doesn't have to worry about the curse, not being able to get a job again - he walked away from them!

Well, I almost thought "That's a smart move by him" and then I read "Race Car Driver" and all of my negative thoughts were instantly restored. I've only enjoyed his work once (Big Fat Liar, yeah I know) and everything else has been so-so to bad. But still, I wish him the best of luck, he's gonna need it.

Oh well, at least Malcom in the Middle was good while it lasted. But still, a professional race car driver? He should just stick to acting and drive for fun.

And here I was worried about war in Iran, and all the while REAL news was brewing.
What a great loss to the community.

You see that's the thing about child actors... they grow up then the show becomes dull. It's about time they stopped making MITM because it was starting to get real old real fast just like That 70's Show. I still enjoy the old episodes but the new ones are crap and unoriginal.

That show went downhill when they added the baby, anyway.

Yeah, I quit watching MITM after the baby was born. It should've been a girl to make things more interesting.

If only the lesser actors would follow suit...
Still, good luck to him and his race car driving (reminds me of Bobby Brady, dropping out of grad school to become a race car driver...where he gets in an accident, gets paralyzed, breaks up with his girlfriend Traci, then marries her).

I'm not sure why you're making a bunch of short posts like this, but please refrain from doing this. It's not going to get you an avatar anytime sooner (if that's your goal) and it doesn't really add anything to the discussion. I've linked you to the Posting Guidelines and Helpful Link thread elsewhere, but here it is again:

Thanks.

If that's the case, I'm terribly sorry, Mr. Luke. I really don't know that posting something short would be bad. Yes, you're right, I'm posting and posting because I want to have an avatar. I'm really sorry because I'm just a newbie...LOL.
Anyway, thanks for the good advice!
PS: Is this long enough?
