That's exactly what I was about to say.
You also need
Rescuers: Down Under, that was an awesome classic sequel.

My top ten are:
Fantasia 2000
Bambi II
Tarzan II
Kronk's New Groove
The Lion King 2: Simba's Pride
Mulan II
Peter Pan in Return to Neverland
Lady and the Tramp 2: Scamp's Adventure
101 Dalmatians 2: Patch's London Adventure
The Little Mermaid II: Return To The Sea
The first six are defenite. I haven't seen the others, except The Little Mermaid II: Return To The Sea. So what I wrote doesn't really make sense, but I think that they are better than TLM2.

OK, my list would look something like this:
1. Lady & The Tramp II: Scamp's Adventure: It may be a simple role-reversal, but it still works wonderfully. The animation and storytelling were leaps and bounds ahead of the other DTVs at the time, and the animation at least has improved ever since. A great DVD too.
2. Pooh's Grand Adventure: The Search for Christopher Robin: Probably the closest in spirit to the original Winnie the Pooh stories by A.A. Milne of all the Disney productions of the character. Bit of a tear-jerker actually.
3. Lilo & Stitch 2 - Stitch Has a Glitch: Another film that is close in spirit to the original, and is also a tear-jerker.
4. Atlantis: Milo's Return: Not strictly a sequel in the sense that it is one complete film, but it is a strong follow-up. If this aborted series had continued, it would have been terrific.
5. 101 Dalmatians II: Great follow-up that feels more like the TV show than the first film, but I think that allows it to carve out its own niche.
6. Aladdin and the King of Thieves: The songs are a little better than The Return of Jafar, indeed the whole film is! The presence of Williams truly does make a difference. It will always be in the shadow of its older brother, but it is still fun. Feels more like the TV show, but that is a good thing in this case.
7. Return to Neverland: In some ways, this is actually better than the original. However, I've always had a fondess for Peter Pan, so it doesn't quite match up for me.
8. The Lion King 1 1/2: Not quite as clever or innovative as it thinks it is, still a fun return to the franchise. I'm not one of the people that falls arse over head praising the original, so I'm a bit more lenient when it comes to sequels to this 'classic'.
9. Mickey's Twice Upon a Christmas: A DTV sequel to a DTV! Their first foray into 3D with the classic characters isn't entirely successful, but it works nonetheless.
10. Tarzan 2: By no means a perfect film, but it is solid kids' entertainment. Otherwise, the 68 minute running time is filled with exciting moments and non-stop fun.
*NB: Fantasia 2000 would have topped this list, but I confined myself to animated DTVs.

I'm afraid my list won't make it to ten....
(in no particular order)
1. Bambi II
2. The Lion King 1.5
3. The Rescuers Down Under
4. 101 Dalmatians II: Patch's London Adventure
5. Return to Neverland
6. Fantasia 2000
...and the rest I don't care for, although there are a few I haven't seen yet. Please don't beat me up and/or steal my lunch money!
I should note that I was obsessed with The Return of Jafar when it came out, but I quickly outgrew it. I waited all summer for Simba's Pride, and when 10/27/98 rolled around I begged to stay home from school so I could watch it all day. (Permission denied, of course.) It was very disappointing, though I tried to force myself to love it. Didn't work, but Nuka is still one of my all-time favorite Disney characters.

I'm not very big on sequels. I admit to seeing every one they put out, but some of them make me kind of sick to my stomache. Anyways, here is my list:
1. Fantasia 2000
2. The Lion King 1.5
3. Lilo and Stitch 2: Stitch Has a Glitch
4. Kronk's New Groove
5. The Lion King 2
6. The Rescuers Down Under
7. Piglet's Big Movie
8. The Return of Jafar
9. Tarzan 2
10. Mulan 2
I didn't include Toy Story 2 because I classify Pixar films seperatley. You may notice a trend in my list: None of the films (except for Fantasia 2000) are sequels of films made during Walt's era. This is because Walt had a no sequel policy and because I don't feel any of them are very good. I do give Bambi 2 credit; it is one of the better handled sequels, however it didn't need to be told and the fact that it went against Walt's wishes makes it hard for me to enjoy it. And Walt had planed to change Fantasia as the years progressed, so I feel that Fantasia 2000 coincides with Walt's original vision for it. Anyways, there is my two cents.

Sorry to be a purist, but if I'm asked, Rescuers Down Under is the only Disney animated sequel in existance.
I don't count Fantasia 2000 as a sequel, because it doesn't continue the original's stories in any way. It merely uses a similar concept to the original.

It was one of the better Sequels IMO.
The Jungle Book II and Return To Neverland I believe were worse.

Same here. I like to think of it as a "sister movie" to Fantasia. Came from the same concepts, but the final product is a standalone film. Same goes for Mickey's Twice Upon A Christmas.
Anyways, my top 10 animated sequels:
1. The Rescuers Down Under
2. Pooh's Grand Adventure: The Search for Christopher Robin
3. Beauty and the Beast II: Enchanted Christmas
4. Bambi and the Great Prince of the Forest (Bambi II sounds so plain...)
5. The Lion King II: Simba's Pride
6. Aladdin and the King of Thieves
7. Lady and the Tramp II: Scamp's Adventure
8. Return to Neverland
9. The Return of Jafar
10. The Great Mouse Detective 2: Ratigan's Revenge
Oh wait, number 10 hasn't arrived yet!

1. Return to Neverland
2. Rescuers Down Under
3. Bambi II
4. Aladdin and the King of Theives
5. 101 Dalmations II
6. Lilo and Stitch 2
7. The Lion King 2
8. Mulan II
9. Lady and the Tramp II
10.The Lion King 1 1/2
These are based only on the ones I've seen/own, noting that I refuse to buy/rent/watch/think about watching TLM 2 or Cinderella 2 (and soon to be 3). Also, this is assuming we're not counting Toy Story 2, which would certainly be number 1. This is also considering Fox and the Hound 2, Brother Bear 2, and Dumbo 2, because quite frankly, they won't make the list.
