Battle of the Disney Cover Art Round 8: OVER

well only only 2 more rounds till the finals and we come to the smallest category the platinum editions(kinda perfect timming hey
) also in case ur wondering who won round 7 that wont be revealed till round 9 along wiht rounds 6 and 7s winners:)

Yeah, I don't really like the design of them - although Snow White kind of looks okay. Lion King is way too orange a cover for such a colorful movie - having some outside scenery for that and B & B would have been nice.
I vote for Snow White, I guess, although it does look kinda CG-ish.

, but man this is hard, I like all 3 to a degree, I think the Snow White one is nice, and I like the fact that it breaks the mold of all it's previous covers by being purple instead of white. I think that BATB looks like the most platinum of the three so far, and I think the orange in the Lion King DVD, makes it pop, and it is just so differnt from the other 2, dark colors. I hope Aladdin gets a red backround, but not just red, like a rosey red or something deep, a deep red.....

I vote Lion King. I think the color is cool (not many DVD seem to a pallet like that) and the design of it looks nice.

Beauty and the Beast!!!!!!!!!!! That cover is beautiful....actually I love em all!
You should do this round over in a year or two when Aladdin, Cinderella, and Mermaid come out! On second thought, I hope we will still be on this forum in a year or two!

I've decided that I would like to see Bambi again, but I can wait for that release. I hope 101D is the last ot come out, cause that is the one I absolutley can't stand!

It's ok now, the campaign is over, the anger has gone away,

101 Dalmations comes out last on my picks for platinums too. Sleeping Beauty would have been a better movie to make platinum...but, I guess I won't complain since I really like the Special edition dvd.
