Are you asking for the actual titles of movies that are about these things, or the name of a genre they could be placed in?

If it's the latter, then I'd definately go with either cheese or cliché, lol.

If it's the former, then are these Disney movies? If not (and they don't sound familiar to me), this would belong in the Off-Topic forum.

I think that is her first post that was not in Polls and Games in about two years.

Could this be one of the 3 Ninjas movies, which are technically Disney movies, but not released under that banner (they were Touchstone)? I don't think your description is exactly what happens in them, but if I recall, it sounds kind of close. But then, it's been forever since I've seen them.

EDIT: Looks like only the original 3 Ninjas was from Touchstone/BV and the sequels were all done by Columbia/TriStar.
