Well, as a compulsive Disney DVD buyer I hope the following VHS releases hit DVD format as soon as possible. My source is the Disney official site. And yes, I know some parts of these VHS has been put on DVD, I'm talking about the title as a whole.

Many of the cartoons on these VHS tapes are available on the Disney Treasures, Classic Cartoon Favorites, Timeless Tales and Funny Factory DVD lines. Sleepy Hollow and Wind in the Willows can be found on The Adventures of Mr. Ichabod and Toad. Mickey and the Beanstalk and Bongo are the two parts of Fun and Fancy Free.

Just check out the review section here at UD and you'll find lists of which cartoons are included on each Treasure, CCF, TT and FF Dvds.

I know some of them are available. I think those will not hit DVD, I kept them in the list just for inventory purposes.

You didn't include Sing Alongs- Friend Like Me. And I only know that because I own the VHS .

All these has been released on VHS in the US with the notable exception of Song of the South.

Many of the Wonderful World of Disney TV shows were released on VHS, including Pacifically Peeking with Moby Duck and Man on Wheels with Goofy, but none of them have yet been released on DVD. Most of the educational shorts and features have not been released on DVD, only Bill Nye the Science Guy. Also the story of Nessie, the Loch Ness monster voiced by Sterling Holloway and the Restless Sea, a wonderful story about the oceans of the world as explained by a single drop of sea water. I especially would like Freeway Phobia, with Goofy and Pacifically Peeking to come out on DVD. And Donald in Mathmagicland.

"Donald in Mathmagicland" was released on DVD for R2 and R4 version of Disney Fables volume three. It also includes "Ben and Me", which it has an 8-minute footage. Also, The 8-minute footage is included on the VHS while Disney Rarities and Timeless Tales v.3 has the original version. So, I don't think that was the case.

I would like to see Freeway Phobia on DVD too. I haven't seen that short for years.
