Hmmm... I haven't heard anything, is it's three years up? Or is it cancelled premateurely? If it is, then I'm not surprised because the recent episodes have been extrememly uninteresting. It is a shame though.

The sometimes-reliable TV.com lists 43 episodes for "Phil of the Future." If that count (which includes a couple yet-to-be-aired eps) is accurate, it leaves PotF 22 episodes shy of a full Disney Channel run. Perhaps those 22 have already been made/are being made? Or perhaps Disney has just decided to cancel it once it reaches 65? Or perhaps this is just a rumor that won't turn out to be much of anything?

I found this on imbd...it says here was why the show canceled
Disney had two options with the amount of money this show made..they could either make a new season or make a new show..they decided to make a new show but that doenst really make sense since they could have done it to Raven and Lizzie McGuire..also on imbd there are many rumors why the show canceled
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0340281/
Some of it does make sense tho because I noticed now that when disney shows ads for phil it says weekdays..unless they decide to air new episodes durin the weekday?

Weird. And I agree with Amy, it doesn't make much sense. Sounds like this is old news. I'm out of the Disney Channel loop!

No, this is just another rumor. Anyone can submit information to that site for their "15 seconds of fame". A while ago I read Muppet Babies season 1 was released on DVD last April, never was. Anyway, Lizzie McQuire is already canceled (4 years now!) so I don't think that makes a difference to Disney Channel. The show has pretty good ratings, mostly from those of the female gender, for Phil of course.

Jake, there's also a link there to Amy Bruckner's (Pim on "Phil"), where she confirms it.
That's disappointing. I only catch "Phil" every now and then, but I enjoy it when I do. I hope similar rationale doesn't hurt other successful Disney shows, like "The Suite Life."

I think the Suite Life will be staying around for a while because thoe twins are coming out with there own clothing line and stuff..i think there trying to be the next olsens or whatever.
As for Phil..Supposenly the last for anyone who doesnt want spoilers...dont read this because this is the episode of the last description.
SPOILER STARTS: What happens is I think that Phils dad actually knew how to fix it..but he wanted to stsy here...Phill and Keely are nominated cutest couple and by doing that Phil ask her out and she says yes..well Pim wants to go back and she finds out that she can go back...so everyone is leavin and Phil tells Keely that he has to go...and they kiss and shes say will u wait for me there? So they leave and go back to there time and the show ends with Curtis knocking on there doing seeing where evryone is. SPOILERS END
If thats true I think that it is dissapointing..I think disney should bring it back...I mean wasnt it popular??
Maybe we will get a DCOM or something where they go back and try to get Curtis and yet they end up staying there again.

This is disappointing news for me. It's not a great show -- indeed everything the Disney Channel does these days is pretty bland -- but this was and is by far the best of what they do offer in the way of live-action comedies and was a more or less enjoyable way to burn a half hour when I'm bored.

enough said.
okay, not enough. I love this show! I hate to see it go so soon. There was a brief ad for the new show called "Hannah Montana." This sounds stupid, but I shouldn't say anything since it hasn't premiered yet. Sigh, apparently Disney feels girls need to take over their channel. Hopefully Zack and Cody will stay for a while. It's my second favorite to Phil of the Future of the current Disney Channel shows. I hope there's enough fan complaints that they bring it back. If not, Disney better make a "wrap-up" DCOM or maybe a theatrical feature. Though this only happened with Lizzie McGuire, the latter's bigger budget would be an awesome closing to the show. Maybe they'll have a cooler time machine.

Phil of the Future is one of the lamest Disney shows ever well That's so Raven is worst.
Why can't the parents from Phil just put money in stocks, try the Lotto or make bets on sports since they are from future they should know this stuff.

NOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!
I LOVED PHIL OF THE FUTURE!!!! It was definently one of Disney Channel's better shows! This is really pissing me off! They get rid of awesome shows like this, yet they keep crap like "Brandy & Mr. Whiskers" and "Naturally, Sadie" and "Buzz on Maggie" and countless others! Get rid of these shows, they are terrible and completly unoriginal! Some are just gross, and the other is just plain boring. You're getting rid of the best thing Disney Channel has done recently! FOOLS!!!
Oh please!

Brandy and Mr. Whiskers is a very fun and amusing cartoon, in my opinion. Yes, there is a lot of crap shows on TV Disney, but seriously, I like That's So Raven and The Suite of Zack and Cody. They're not anything ground-breaking, but they're shows I don't mind watching on a daily basis or when I'm just plain bored.

I say get rid of all the junk on Disney Channel and bring back the old Disney Channel with no commercials, and all the early shows like re-runs of "Mickey Mouse Club" and such. There isn't one constructive show on Disney channel that is worth watching more than a few minutes.
I can't get my grandkids to watch anything on Disney Channel. They are pretty much into Dora the Explorer and Spongebob.
