Problem with Loaded247

On December 8th I ordered "The chronological Donald vol. 2" from loaded247.com. The money was charged to my visa few days later. The status of the order hasn't changed since then and still says "Generally ships within 3-5 days". I believe that's too long (or maybe this is normal?) and I've tried to contact them, but my two e-mails remain unanswered.
I've never had such problems and I really don't know what should I do. Could somebody help me? Thanks for any responses.

Is there no phone number on the site? Maybe the best way to sort it out would be directly.

I have the same problem too - but mine was ordered before yours. I also ordered Rarities at the same time, which did ship some weeks later.

I guess Loaded are just having trouble restocking. I've had this happen with them before, and they will cancel the order and refund the cost if they are ultimately unable to get the item.

I had the same problem when I ordered the wave which contained Complete Pluto and Mickey Mouse Club: Week One.
They billed me but they never seemed to have them in stock so I phoned them and asked for a refund.
The same thing happened in October when I wanted the Cinderella gift set.
I suggest you phone them up and ask for a refund and then get the treasures from CD-WOW, that's what I did last time, they were a £1 cheaper than loaded too!

Well, my Rarities was shipped after a few weeks delay, and today my Donald Vol 2 arrived. See, I told you they would come or you would get a refund.

Interestingly, the Donald set doesn't have the Canadian flag on it (Loaded usually source from Canada due to the slight exchange rate advantage) - so it looks like all of the Canadian sets are sold out and no longer available.

My Donald vol. 2 has arrived today finally.

However, their non-answering e-mails policy is disappointing...

Sorry to hear about the bad service you received from Loaded, Lis. I've never had any problems with them so far, but I'll be a little more wary after reading this. It's too bad, as for titles over the £18 UK customs limit they're one of the few viable options (since they pre-pay the import tax for you).
