um, what do you mean by toys, be more specific? You mean things like model cars, videogames, board games, chess?

Easy question: never. I'm a 19-year old male who still loves playing with toys. Heck, I constantly use my little cousins as an excuse to play with toys since it makes the adults think I'm only playing to entertain them when it's really all about me. 
I fully plan on doing the same thing during our family's Christmas party since there's some stuff I bought for my cousins that I have my eye set on playing (particularly the Disney Bingo DVD game). Yes, I'm sad.

It depends on what you mean..
See, when I played with toys, I would just play pretend with my Barbie dolls and plush animals (which included talking to myself). If you do that, then maybe you're a little too old.
If you mean playing board games, collecting toys, sleeping on a bed with teddy bears and such, and playing with toy cars, then those are things that some adults still do.
I guess I still play with toys...I collect toys, including ones that are just average, made-in-China plastic and vinyl toys..but I don't play with them. I just like to look at them.

i dont really collect, it's more like i just have stuffed animals or dolls that i like. i dont play pretend with them or anything there just nice to look at, sometimes i'll brush their hair like i have all those little princess dolls made by playmates, they're so cute. i got them when the outfits looked more like from the movie before they changed them to look ugly but i'm getting toys for christmas still

There is an old saying that says "The only difference between men and boys is the price of their toys". I find this to be true. I can't speak for females, however.
