Is there a way you can delete your own posts?

You can delete a post right after you have posted. There is a little "x" on the right hand top corner every time you post. However once someone else has posted you cannot delete it unless you ask a moderator or administrator. Hope that helps.

Also, you can't delete posts in the trade section for some reason.

If you can't delete posts, you can always hit edit, and simply remove the entire text and replace it with something like "[delete]".

Best way to handle it. If I see these on the trade forum I then delete them immediately.

I don't know if you can delete your own posts, SOMEONE else though can do it without regret. Like you were posting for nothing. Like you spent 2 hours in front of your computer for nothing. Like you paid the internet fee for nothing. HE can democratically delete your posts, if he thinks that he's offended and has nothing else to say.HE IS THE MONARCH HERE.
Of course the discussion had went way off topic, but HE could just move those posts somewhere else. not DELETE them! But he, as the site's administrator, can struggle every voice that he doesn't want to here.

So much for personal attacks against members

Then again, you're not outright stating it, it's merely a question, so I guess it could slide!
BTW Lukester, which mod got the gold

for separating the threads? I'm guessing it's Paka, who's almost always merging or separating threads around here, lol. Or if that arduous task fell to you and no gold

was given away, have a dancing elephant on me
And if it was someone else, then I just wasted a dancing elephant!

Well, I could smell another banning too but Aladdin's reactions is way too similiar to princesssnowbunny's reactions, no matter what they say. I would've agree with you if Aladdin's rubbishiness become much worse than what he posted here or "Disney's Target Aged Group" thread. Let's just wait and see what happens.
