Where's the survey for Chicken Little

If you go see Chicken Little you're supposed to be able to fill out a survey to prove that you've seen it. If you do, you get a code for free shipping. Anyone know where it is on the site? I can't find it.

I received the survey when I logged in right away.
Do you have a pop-up blocker turned on? That might be the problem. Then once you complete the survey you get a code for free shipping.

I got an email that gave me a link to it I am not at home tight now but if no one posts it before I get a chance to post the link I will do so after I get home.

It wouldn't open with firefox, so I tried with enternet explorer and it worked.

I checked my email it was just a link to the disney movie club website but the survey pops up automaticaly when you sign in. It is a popup so if you have a popup blocker you made to disable it. Because mine blocked it.

Yeah, the WinXP SP2 pop up blocker wasn't letting it through.

The code expires on 12/31, so act fast! Even if you haven't seen the movie, it's pretty easy to get the code (not that I'm endorsing cheating or anything....
)
