Disney Magazine Mistake

In the Fall 2003 issue of Disney Magazine (which I finally got last week-I'm so excited! I love it!) it had an article on the Lion King DVD. It said that it was the SECOND in a series of Platinum Editions, and that Snow White was the first. Last year, they didn't mention Beauty and the Beast was a Platinum, and now they're forgetting it was ever released? Does this seem weird?
Or is it some strange step in phazing out the Platinum line (by pretending some releases weren't platinum)?

Eh, the whole magazine reaks of promotion, and the promotional people can't even decide what to call "The Lion King"...Special Edition....Platinum Edition? Will it confuse "families"? We must be friendly to the families. We'll throw in an extra game, and call it both, but only reference "Platinum Edition" on the package. :brick:

I seem to recall it saying its the third, with Snow White as the first, but I'm probably wrong. Just looked at it in store.

Luke: I'd prefer Special Extended Platinum Edition as Lion King's label. Screw the families. :P
