Anytime you post, theres a button, at the top of the box you type in, that is marked "Img". Press this once, then type the address of the picture, and press the button again. You're all set.

Otherwise, the code is:

Yes, Jack's words of wisdom are correct. The pic needs to be located somewhere online, and not from one of the sites that don't let you post on other sites (like Geocities, Tripod/Angelfire).

You'll have to upload it to a webhost first. There are several hosts out there specifically for pics, but I use villagephotos.com - plus, unlike some others, they are free.

Just create an account, click upload after you're logged in, type in where the pic is on your comp, and it upload to their host. Then they give you an address you can use to post the picture elsewhere.

Hey jack (or anyone)... since you use villagephotos you should know about this..... if i try to upload any pics it gives me this message....
Uploading Pictures, Results

Failed: File #0 (104_0428.JPG) is too large to be uploaded.

Number of files saved: 0

The maximum image size your account can upload is 120000 bytes. Paid members have no limit on file upload sizes. Check out the Upgrade page for information on paid accounts.

You can also try to reduce the image filesize with an image editing tool. Check our help page for tips on reducing image file size.

If you have recently upgraded, you may need to log out and back in before you can upload more images.

You'll have to resise the image and make it smaller on a photo editor. Keep making it smaller untill its under the maximum 120,000 bytes.
