Well, if I were to die in some sort of freak accident, I would like it to be in a Disney theme park! Then I could die happy.

So as you can see sometimes there are freak accidents that isn't the guest of Disney's fault but the majority of accidents are caused by stupid guests.
I can't believe someone died on the PEOPLE MOVER!!!!
What a lame way to die!

Well people may have conditions that they're not aware of or something like that. And when they go on these rides, they cause a huge amount of stress on the body. Which of corse if you go on any roller coaster they warn people who are pregnant, and/or have a heart condition that the ride cause some serious stress by adrenaline. I mean you can die if you OD on adrenaline. So what I'm saying is if people have conditions that they're not aware of where it only takes a little bit of stress to cause them to die, then they're going to die without them knowing it. You can't really blame the company even though you didn't sign a waver or anything like that because they didn't know that those people who died had a condition.

yeah, also is your persnal decition to ride a game or don´t, no one is forcing you or like it, so it doesn´t matter how many preventive signs, or all that stuff you have, the ignorance of someone that doesn´t know about possible heart problems in him or his/her familly is not Disney´s Company fault

Good point. It isn't Disney's job to say who can and cannot go on rides because they don't look healthy. That's the person who decides to go on the rides choice. True, not all know if they have a condition, and that is where the trouble comes, but it isn't Disney's fault.

If someone ever wanted to go to Disney World and make it, but unfortunately dies there, the person would die happye because his fantasy just realized and he didn´t had to leave that wonderfull place or he/she would be regreted because of?

Disneyland and DisneyWorld just get some freak accidents once in a while okay. Bad things happen to good or bad people sometimes.

Actually, Euro Disney - now called Disneyland Paris - has been in the black for quite some time now. It is now the #1 PAID tourist destination in Europe. So there is still some life in the old dog yet

As far as the deaths go, I have been fascinated by these ever since I got back. It seems that in 95% of cases, the deaths have resulted from the sheer stupidity of the deceased. It is amazing just how thorough the Cast Members are when you hop on board a ride - this is something I didn't find in any of the other parks I went to.
However, Disney can check and double check, but if some fool decides to stand up on a fast moving ride, or if they have a health defect nobody knows about (despite the warnings), who can be blamed?
I mean, they could market it that way: "Disneyland - Where Idiots Go to Die". But probably not.
