This is what we are geting this November. Very similar to the international schedules.

-Finding Nemo
-Magical World of Winnie the Pooh: Volume 3 - Playtime With Pooh
-Magical World of Winnie the Pooh: Volume 4 - A Great Day of Discovery
-Belle's Magical World
-Mickey Mouse In Living Colors
-Everybody Loves Mickey
-Everybody Loves Donald
-Everybody Loves Goofy
-The Magic of Christmas (or something like that)

"Saludos Amigos" has just been released here. I still didn't get it, but as soon as I do, I'll tell you if its edited or not (for the record, our VHS version of the film wasn't edited). I think the DVD is edited, but I hope it's not.

Also could you tell us whether the original RKO opening card is on your DVD release. Was it on the last VHS release?

No... the VHS release had the Buena Vista logo.
Well, as soon as I buy the DVD I will tell ya. :-)

Just discovered that this Christmas release is the "Winter Wonderland" DVD. I'm curious to know what it is.

Here's a tentative list of the contents of Winter Wonderland. It might not be 100% accurate, since the information is based on a Swedish web-merchant's site, and I've tried to interpret it to the best of my ability. Corrections would be appreciated.

- As Long as there's Christmas (from Beauty and the Beast - The Enchanted Christmas)
- Christmas Medley (????)
- Once Upon a Wintertime (from Melody Time)
- Bambi on ice (from Bambi)
- Wart pulls the sword from the stone (from The Sword in the Stone)
- The Cold Blooded Penguin (from The Three Caballeros)

Extras:
- The Grasshopper and the Ants (1934, a Silly Symphony)
- Lend a Paw (1941, Pluto)

I wonder if the Christmas Medley could be the closing carols from Mickey's Once Upon A Christmas?

How lame... as I suspected, only selected scenes from the animated features. I was hoping it would be something like "Countdown to Christmas", or even better. But thanks for the info Anders! :-)

A friend of mine bought the Brazilian edition of "Saludos Amigos" and, surprise, surprise... it's edited!
Well, I'm going to buy it anyway, I just love that film... I know I'm gonna have to buy it again, though. I'm sure a special unedited version is on the way (at least for Region 1).

Just have to wait and see I guess...

Are the "Everybody Loves..." titles a play on "Everybody Loves Raymond"?

I don´t know if can tell ALL brazilian disney dvd are 1 and 4, but the majority is.

And i need to remeber one thing: some sites (like dvdbrazil) tell that the brazilian disney dvd is region free (region all) IT IS NOT TRUE!!!!! because i´ve sent a dvd for a friend in germany and it won´t work! but it isnot necessary, if you ask for disk propriety in your dvd-rom it will tell "encoded for region 1 and 4".

OK

Yes, we do.

You can go to this German site for a nice list of all shorts included on those three DVDs:
http://www.duckfilm.de/film/dvd.htm

However, be warned that the "Everybody Loves" discs contain the short films without any opening or closing titles. Instead, they have inserted some very stupid footage of children (and some grownups) from around the globe saying how much they love Donald. Or Mickey. Or Goofy.
