pre-order WD Treasures question

if I preorder the disks, at the price of ~$23, does that count twards the 5 movie purchase requirement?

From what I understand, all titles that count toward the commitment must be bought at regular price.

how is it that the purchases are tracked?
is it done by the DVD registration, or by some other means?

1. You MUST purchase at regular club prices. Discounted purchases do NOT count towards club fulfillment.
2. Purchases are tracked automatically. Check monthly mailings for updates on how many titles you still have left to purchase.
