Customer Service

It seems any time i call the movie club, and go to place an order or call a department i get transferred to the accounting department. Is it just me or is the accounting department the only people who seem to know what they are doing?
I must say i do like to call there, even with the wait, i always get a cheery person. You can't find that anymore with companiesmost days.

I had to call once because I received a damaged dvd in the mail. The person was really friendly and I didn't get transferred anywhere. They just sent me a prepaid mailing label so I could send the damaged dvd back and get a new one.

I love disney's customer service. They have some wonderful people working for them.
