I don't know about sigs, but there are plenty of avatar websites around.

Here's the website I got my Carpet avatar from. I opened it to the Mulan section for you.

My fault for keeping you waiting LiMulan! Besides the time it took to download the movie, I had to do some things over the weekend. Here's a work-in-progress:

I will do a better job than that, I know you wanted more characters but I didn't want you to think I left you hanging with your request, lol. I'll be working on a better siggy for you. Also, keep in mind that the above image is too big to post in UD so you're going to have to ask one of the admin. to resize it for you. Hope you kinda like it, I didn't exactly knew what you wanted!
