No solid information is available as of now. So far I've heard confirmation of 3 bus explosions and 3 trains explosions.
This is a sad sad day...

I just read the report on CNN, they aren't confirming anything. But it does sound like foul play.

Is it because the Olympic games 2012 are being held in London? I'm not sure...

No, its because most of the cities police offices and anti-terrorist experts are in Scotland at the G8 meeting. The terrorists knew that attacking now would result in maximum panic and disruption.

Which is exactly why we have to get organised as soon as possible and carry on as if nothing has happened.

I don't know who's to blame. Some Al-Qaeda group claimed responsibility, but then, Hamas claimed responsibility for 9/11 too. I don't think this is the pattern of terrorism of the Islamic extremists. It's too scattered. I wouldn't be surprised if it was IRA radicals.

Well i think it has now been confirmed that it was 3 train bombings and 1 bus bombing, well thats what they are saying here in the UK. Although someone in the US told me that on there news channel they had a different number of bombings.

The news this morning had said a total of 9 explosions.. they weren't clear exactly where the explosions took place... There also has been a toll of those fatally injured that has gone up and down.

I don't know if this will be of any aid to us all, but the BBC report may help you in the whole case.

I have some friends and also a relative down in London at present (just by coincedence and not on the same trip), and they are all fine, but there may be others who are not. I think that it is best to get on with our lives and not cause a huge fuss as 2099net said, but I think that we should take a moment to think about those who were hurt in anyway linked to this attack. Then try not to feel hatred for the rest of our lives.

I mourn for those lost, and I pray that their friends and families find a way to cope.

I wish there was a way for people to find a way to live in peace, not to get possessive, distructive or try to bully themselves into what they want at the expense of innocent lives.

As frightening as the world can be, the last thing we should do is live in fear or carry any hatred over what has happened; that only adds fuel to the fire. As 2099net said, in a way it's best to carry on as if nothing has happened as soon as possible, but let us not forget those who have been hurt or worse as Wonderlicious said.

It's amazing how organised everything went. Going on without spreading panic is the best thing. Otherwise we are giving the terrorists what they want.

My thoughts are with the families and friends of the victims. Stupid terrorists! :(

thoughts and prayers to the victims and their families.

My family is American and we watched the news all day long in shock and I cried. I panicked and I got myself banned from a messageboard today because I was so angry and I hurt many innocent peoples feelings and I feel extremly upset about it.

Now I don't know what to do...except to talk to you guys about it. I feel at a loss. Theres nothing I can do. I'm only 15.

God bless Britain!!! :)

:headshake:

And how's that going to solve anything?

Seriously, the guilty ones here are the terrorists.. They decided to put a bomb in a bus and on a train to prove a political / religious point.
