Can you talk about how you feel the princesses were portrayed after watching the full movie? Do you think they are depicted in a respectful and accurate manner or just played for stereotypical laughs?Prince Kido wrote: I was so lucky to get to see the entire movie last Sunday
Can't talk about it though but I confirm...
how much screen time do the princesses have? Do they sing a song together?Prince Kido wrote:

I liked Shank's concept art. She looked really good.Sotiris wrote:New concept art of Shank and Yesss.

The concept art of Shank seems drawn by Jin Kim, doesn't it? Didn't he leave the studio? Or could he have made it before leaving? By the way, she resembles Gal Gadot much more in these drawings.Sotiris wrote:New concept art of Shank and Yesss.

That's good to hear but making Ralph the problem or the screw-up again isn't. His clones are motived by Ralph's fears who combine into one giant Ralph and threaten to destroy the Internet.disneyprincess11 wrote:So, a friend of a friend has gotten the Little Golden Book and my friend was happy to report: NO twist villains! Just the clones as a threat. Yesss and Shank are good!
But what about her game? It feels out-of-character for her to abandon her home and her people. Does Sugar Rush get fixed at least? It'll be awful if they leave it busted.disneyprincess11 wrote:Vanellope stays on the Internet.
I noticed that too. It's possible he made it before leaving or he freelanced it. I assume if he went back, he would have made model sheet and reference drawings for Yesss too. I know he left Korea and returned to the U.S. but I'm not sure if he's back at WDAS. I'll try to find out. I love his work so I hope he did.D82 wrote:The concept art of Shank seems drawn by Jin Kim, doesn't it? Didn't he leave the studio? Or could he have made it before leaving?
Really?? What a bummer. If that's so, this really makes me dissapointed over Vanellope, since her arc is about her friendship with Ralph.disneyprincess11 wrote:Vanellope stays on the Internet.
They look somewhat Jin Kim-esque. And yes, she awfully resembles Gal in those drawings.D82 wrote:The concept art of Shank seems drawn by Jin Kim, doesn't it? Didn't he leave the studio? Or could he have made it before leaving? By the way, she resembles Gal Gadot much more in these drawings.
I especially liked those two former ones, with Shank and Yess.D82 wrote:New international posters and a new promotional image of Ralph:

The filmmakers also said that the princesses scene will be a little different in the movie version compared to the footage in the trailer. Specifically, a few new jokes and a couple lines of dialogue from Vanellope.
And it sounds like that won't be the only time Princess Tiana will be seen in the movie. Johnston and Moore revealed that all the princesses show up again later in the movie.
"I have friends who are like, 'It's just that one scene with them, right?' All I can say is you'll definitely see more of them," Moore said.
I guess both things you said are possible. I love his work too. It would be great if he was back at the studio.Sotiris wrote:I noticed that too. Yup, that's the point.Sotiris wrote:That's good to hear but making Ralph the problem or the screw-up again isn't. His clones are motivated by Ralph's fears who combine into one giant Ralph and threaten to destroy the Internet.
I believe that Sugar Rush gets fixedSotiris wrote:But what about her game? It feels out-of-character for her to abandon her home and her people. Does Sugar Rush get fixed at least? It'll be awful if they leave it busted.
Actually, it's handled very well. Ralph learns that he can let Vanellope go while remaining her friendship. And that's what they do. And someone said the scene is very beautiful and moving.DisneyFan09 wrote:Really?? What a bummer. Unfortunately, he's not back at WDAS. I asked one of my friends in the industry who told me he's working at Pearl Studio on Glen Keane's "Over the Moon" movie.D82 wrote:I guess both things you said are possible. I love his work too. It would be great if he was back at the studio.
