I don't know but I think Hans' status as a villain will make him even more attractive to the fans girls. I can foresee a lot of foe yay pictures of him with either Elsa or Anna. Now that I think about I believe they set up a red herring with the Duke playing up the fact he is a jerk and making people think we will have another Radcliffe villain character. However, now we have a Disney villain who has the false appearance of being the perfect prince charming.taei wrote:So what are the chances that these pages are not the final draft? Maybe they wrote new ones?
Also, it's a junior novel so I'm assuming not everything that happens in the movie is in the book. Could they have cut out some parts?
Also, as for hans.. Here is what I wanted the twist to be:
Hans is Elsa's powers. It somehow managed to escape from her and is angry because she is suppressing it. Why not leave her alone and go away? It can't survive without her or it can't survive without 100% of the all powers. It attaches itself to Anna because it knows that Elsa will do anything for Anna. I really wanted this to be a twist. Her powers backfiring and rioting. Plus, in the end, we can have a cool Han's true appearance. Just ice! Like an ice sculpture of either him or her.
Argh..
Exactly. It's actually pretty cool.jazzflower92 wrote:I don't know but I think Hans' status as a villain will make him even more attractive to the fans girls. Actually that motivation makes a lot of sense since if he acted like he married Anna then that means he has legitimate claim to the throne.Candy-Bonita95 wrote:Omg!!! That doesn't make sense. Now Hans has a stupid motivation.
Well, we don't know that for sure. We'll find out when the movie comes. And I don't think it's stupid. I like that he wants power.Candy-Bonita95 wrote:Omg!!! That doesn't make sense. Now Hans has a stupid motivation.
My thoughts exactly.estefan wrote:There are so many black bars on these pages lately, it almost looks like a censored government documentary or a David Cameron-administered porn website.
That's reasonable. It's quite surprising they would let such a big thing slip up when they were so strict about leaks so far. Although it's not as tragic as everyone makes it. The book will be released on October 1st anyway. So the plot is leaked a month earlier than that. It doesn't make such a big difference.Warm Regards wrote:Just a heads up: the Google Books link has been pulled down.

Since its official that Queen Elsa remains single at the end of the movie I wonder which other single male animated characters shippers will hook her up with. There already a lot of Elsa and Jack Frost shippers on the internet. However, I have a feeling some will pair her up with Jim Hawkins the most wanted resident Disney bachelorunprincess wrote:taei wrote:

I like it, but it would be too high concept & weird for Disney... maybe if they were a Japanese or European studio.![]()
I think its interesting that Disney has been trying to keep the Hans reveal a secret so far. I wonder if it will be spoiled in the offical trailer. Im also curious as to whether Hans was always intended to be a villain or did he start out as a heroic character & love interest for either of the sisters. Im hoping the art book provides some details.
I think better him than the flood storm of fan fictions pairing Elsa with Hans even when its revealed he is a villain.unprincess wrote:Jim Hawkins would look like a baby next to Elsa
