Frankly, I wasn't particularly impressed by that poster. It was too generic for my taste.

Well, there are about 20 other posters for you to choose from and that particularly one isn't being used for major promotions or anything. Just nice to see a unique art style.

Fall Out Boy song out..
Not really a fan of the song... I expected something more bombastic, like My Songs know what you did in the dark... This is too quiet... And the lyrics are meh..

The vinyl looks really nice though!

This is definitely a step down from Demi Lovato's version of Let it Go. That song was one of the best credit song. Especially the last chorus.. It was a visual treat and a great experience. Not sure how this one is gonna go..

Tumblr is going nuts over it. This is no different when Owl City released this for Wreck-It Ralph.

Agreed.

Bland, blander and blandest.

I wish they'd just put the score on the end credits. That's what I always hope for. :(

Yeah, the song's pretty generic and unmemorable. And was that supposed to be a real music video? What was the budget? $1?

This is ridiculous!

The digital version of the soundtrack comes out 3 days before the movie and the actual physical copy comes out two weeks after?!?!?!
First 3D blu-rays, and now the soundtracks! Disney... Digital will NEVER happen!
You can't just suddenly dominate the CD market with Frozen and then decide that you wanna drop it!

As for the limited edition vinyl. I already pre-ordered it, even though I'm not a fan of the song. But since I collect Disney Vinyls, i couldn't pass on it. But sending them out, along with the soundtrack copy on December 18 is ridiculous! Why not send them out when the actual soundtrack is released! :?

As for the "When can i see you again" comment... That song is infinitely better than this song and it actually works well for a credit song.

I don't think that Immortals will be played in the credits. I think it'll be played with Hiro's first flight with Baymax.

The song is god awful and I will be bringing a boom box to the theater to play over it so myself and the audience can hear something better as the credits roll. I don't really care that it sucks though because this isn't a musical.

Immortals is great. The line "We can be immortals, but not for long" is so poignant when it comes to cinema and music. It's like yeah you become immortalised with your movies or music, but you yourself move on with everyone else and suffer the same problems and fate as everyone else. They'll still remember your songs or watch your movies but they won't know where you are now if you're still around. This and Something That I Want are my favourite credit songs for this new era.

The line "Sometimes the only payoff for having any faith/Is when it’s tested again and again everyday" is surprisingly insightful, and I wholeheartedly agree.

 Let me give it a shot.

The lyrics "My loneliness is killing me/I must confess, I still believe" offer an incredibly perceptive commentary on the internal struggle of the individual. The inevitable alienation brought upon by the solitary confinement of our singularity exists in perpetual conflict with our innate desire to connect with others and form meaningful bonds. The persona's insistence on believing despite the painful realization of solitude highlights the drive for that connection, and ultimately, for meaning.

See? Every dumb lyric of a cheap song can seem profound if you try hard enough. :P

Here are my problems: The lead singer sucks and I can't catch the medley at all

I sincerely hope you aren't referring to the classic anthem '….Baby One More Time' as cheap ?! Goodness me ….

Though I do agree the credit song isn't terribly good at all … Disney don't have a great history with credit songs though really do they ? The best ones for me recently have been 'Something That I want' / 'Once Upon A Dream'.

Wow I had a difference in opinion. So Sotiris laughs at the way I enjoyed the song? Isn't that what bullies do?

I thought the song was good. But no, I am wrong: music isn't subjective. It is a fact this song is a cheap song with dumb lyrics, and now it's official because Sotiris posted it.

Don'tcha know Sotiris is the UD godfather?

FWIW, I like the song too - I find it catchy. Is it a musical masterpiece? No. Is it something future generations will sing when they go to Disneyland? Probably not. But I've heard worse. For instance, I'll take it any day over "Never Knew I Needed."

I'm sorry, I didn't expect my little snarky joke would offend you so much. Upon reflection, it does seems over the line so I sincerely apologize. It wasn't meant as an attack to you. I hope there's no hard feelings.

I believe it is played when they are assembling with their new gear.

but it will also be played during the end titles and is being considered the end title track.
