Have they made anniversary trailers like this before? Also interesting that they’ve included the Brandy Cinderella which is a Rodgers and Hammerstein piece. It must be because the movie is available on Disney+.
They did something similar for the 30th anniversary of The Little Mermaid

Thank you
Sotiris, I had discovered the trailer before, but glad to see it posted here. I super love the Cinderella 75th trailer, but of course The Little Mermaid got more love!

I got to see the original animation drawings for Cinderella’s transformation at a very cool exhibition at the Wallace Collection in London. It was called ‘Inspiring Walt Disney: The Animation of French Decorative Arts’.

The full pencil test of Cinderella’s transformation at the “Inspiring Walt Disney: The Animation of French Decorative Arts” exhibition at the Wallace Collection in London. I love seeing animation like this even more than cleaned up final frames.

It's so beautiful. I was beginning to get excited for the exhibition, but it already happened in 2022...I thought I'd get to see it too when I go this year.

The animation of the first 3 Disney Princesses (Snow White, Cinderella & Aurora) is absolutely stunning. I could watch them all day... That level of hand drawn art can never be repeated. The post-Walt princesses have their moments, but they can’t compare with the original three in terms of grace and beauty.

Yes the Walt Disney classic animation is unparalleled in grace and beauty.

You're so right, carolinakid. Snow White, Cinderella and Aurora are all beautiful, they look like actresses from vintage Hollywood movies.

Why Disney won’t do a 2-3 day national release of its classics a la Fathom Events Big Screen Classics is beyond me...
Sunset Boulevard (1950) is returning in August for its 75th Anniversary and The Sound of Music (1965) in September for its 60th.

I agree exactly with both DisneyFan09 and carolinakid's posts. *Sigh* I wish I could attend this ball!

It seems that finally they decided to abandon the Cinderella's version that looked like one of Real Housewives of Beverly Hill's character. All the pictures that they've made for this anniversary look elegant and tru to original's Cinderella spirit and personality.
Hope that we don't have to see things like this again:

Oh, they haven't used this design in a long time....I think. I for one didn't see this design on any of the Princesses in years.

I really don't mind the makeover design used in general Disney Princess stuff and the parks. But for Cinderella exclusive merch and her anniversaries, it is definitely more appropriate and great that they use more true-to-the-film graphics.

In my country they are still using these cliparts for some products. They are replacing it but it's taking so much time. I personally don't mind in other princesses because the design looks similar to their original designs but in the case of Cinderella she looks like another character.

Oh, I see your opinion. I still recognize her as Cinderella, that's just how she still looks to me.
