Oh, I can't get t Disney Movie Rewards OR DisneyStore.com
I redeemed 'So Dear to my Heart' days before it was listed as "unavailable" and I've yet to get it. I called and said mine will ship when they get more inventory in. I guess that means I and you will get it fresh off the presses!

I went through the process but could never download the plug-in. I had to e-mail them to get the codes for Princess and the Frog CD and the Disney Princess Christmas CD. And it didn't work to e-mail DMR. I had to e-mail some address for some other company (I forget what) that I got from the area where you download the plug-in. It was a real pain. They just need to include the codes like they do with the DVDs. What's the big deal with that?!
The thing that confused me with the CD's is the fact you don't even need to own the CD to get the points. It has/had (I have not checked in a while) became a racket on EBAY and 100% profit.
Also, the plug-in update never worked in Firefox for me, but worked great in Internet Explore.

It really is a poorly conceived idea. There's really nothing stopping me from requesting several Disney CDs from a library, popping them in my computer, then claiming points for all of them assuming no one else has beaten me to it.

^I can tell you for a fact people have/will do that. It just bases on the fact that if it is the right CD or not, not once per-CD.

Missed Sunday's update for being out of town, so here is a Tuesday afternoon one. The changes to prizes in the last 6 days are
Disney's Toontown Online 1 month free (200 points) was removed
"The Horse Without A Head" DVD (550 points) is now out of stock
"Disney's Timeless Tales, Vol. 1" DVD (800 points) is now Quantities Limited
"George Of The Jungle" And "George Of The Jungle 2" 2-DVD Set (1075 points) is now Out of Stock
"Monkey's Uncle" And "Moon Pilot" 2-DVD Set (1400 points) is now Out of Stock
WALL-E Scaled Replica (1900 points) was removed
Kind of amazing the WALL-E replica was in stock last week and gone from the catalog. However, putting the item as the feature Reward on the DMR facebook page today might have had something to do with it.

So, there will definitely be Bonus Points on the 9th? (At least, I think that's what it means when it says "Coming 3/9"). I just want to make sure so that I can hold off before entering my Ponyo code.

Unless you are wanting something that is "Quantities Limited" I would wait. I've got a bunch of codes to enter and I am waiting for the 3/9 I Heart DMR stuff.

It being cardboard is what stopped me from getting it.
Also, I suspect that the Facebook "Featured" items from now on might go fast once they post it. This is a trend I hope I'm wrong on.
how?

how is it that you guys keep geting all these points are you really buying all these items to get them or is there some other way to get points. i literally have all the disney blu rays and have 3000 points to show for it

You probably don't have all the Disney blu-rays then, and we get them mostly the same way. I've been a member for 3 years too. There's also email codes, promotions, and crap like that, but it's often either 5 or 50 points.

when i say i have all the blu rays i mean i have every single animated movie of disney that has come out on blu ray plus pirates and about 15 others, i also have been getting every single code possible from the monthly code to little bonus points. but i am still far from the only thing i want which is the toy story statue for 9500. i have 3075, and keep hearing how some of you get a huge prize and then ponder whether they should hold out for something else or get another huge points prize. i have only been collecting for a little over a year but i still feel to get to the 9500 (now that it has been discounted) is almost impossible.

Some people just buy a lot more dvds, i guess. Im not really rolling in points right now, but I'll be helped by the upcoming releases.

I'm sorry to hear that. You should probably call them about it.

And still nothing worth spending my 2,900 points on. I was hoping they would have discounted the DVD's but I guess I'll just keep waiting and hope for the Walt Disney at the World's Fair CD to go with my Disneyland set.

LOL, I've wondered about this too. Seems to be a couple of posters here who are in this "predicament" of not knowing where to spend their oodles of points, after having already claimed a bunch of expensive prizes.

I don't think there are
that many points even if you buy one of everything -- not even if you waited until Double Points Day to enter all your codes -- so I think there has to be some double-dipping involved, like from multiple copies of the same DVDs among extended family.
My lifetime points balance between two accounts is just over 10K, and that's after three years with a handful of (free) double dips. Would have been a few thousand higher if I'd been savvy enough to hold onto more codes until that first Double Points Day last year, the one that had no caps -- oh well!

^Last year, when they did the first holiday double points day is where I made a killing. I had 40 DVD, 19 blu-rays and all the CD's there were out at that time to enter and ended up with something like 7000 bonus points. My fiancee ended up with around 3000 bonus points the same day as well.

Today I got my "Oswald D23 Pin". The surprise that they gave me was a Toy Story Pin which included Woody and Buzz.
