Ain’t that the truth. But I agree with Kyle, that at least it’s not some Disney cow they’re trying to pimp that’s never going to fly.
Those vinylmations are awful, but I might get Ursula.

No one's even heard the Carly music video, but they are quick to pounce on it. Obviously Disney is not going for this (older) demographic. Disney knows that they will buy the BD no matter what -- even without 3D -- even with barebones features -- and even while complaining about it on boards to idle the time away until Release Day.

Just a random thought. But I bet they'll use footage from the 2006 restoration for the music video instead of the new one. It's always the case with these music videos and I hate that.

Just googled this person "carly rae jespen". Never heard any of her songs, so... in regards to this music video on the upcoming Blu-ray, it'd be an easy skip. (Just DON'T TOUCH THE MOVIE ITSELF! Everything will go easy from me if you could just do that. That would be great.)
Obviously Disney is not going for this (older) demographic.
Well, they can't all the time, because they have to sell to kids... plus, they have to be up-to-date to today's ever-changing society of the kids' modern generation.

Because it’s Carly Rae and she sucks isn’t good enough reasons?

If this were any other Disney film, I would not be buying a barebones release. Well, maybe SB where a new restoration means more than other films.

This exactly proves my point. The old fans will buy TLM no matter what. Even if you have never heard of Carly Rae Jepsen and her #1 Billboard hit, "Call Me Maybe" or the numerous YouTube copycats, or her MTV New Artist of the Year Nomination. (By the way, if you use Google, it helps to spell her name right.).
Which means this is just blowing off a lot of steam for a lot of people who will end up buying the movie anyway, so it is not really an issue for anyone with anything worthwhile to do. Which reminds me that I have to wash my hair...

Not all Disney fans will buy every barebones Disney release, although that flew over you. TLM, Aladdin and especially B&tB and TLK seem to have fanbases that go beyond general Disney fans though.
Also, I’m lost at any point made by people who complain about complaining… They must have the most time on their hands of us all to not even have anything to add to a conversation.
(And I have no idea why you're trying to correct me on the spelling of the singer's name. You would have to be living under a rock not to know who she is, but it's obvious she's a one hit wonder and for good reason.)

I was actually pleasantly surprised by their choice of Carly RJ. I could've sworn they'd pick some disney channel character from Good Luck Charlie or some other dumb show they're trying to make into Hannah Montana 2.0 lol
Despite the negative feelings about CRJ, they actually picked the artist with the top downloaded single of 2012 which is actually a huge deal!
I really hated CRJ at first but after hearing a few more songs have grown to actually like her quite a bit. Sceptics should listen to More Than A Memory cuz that song is catchy as hell haha

im gna keep an open mind til I hear her spin on the song

I was really shocked when I discovered this garbage on the BatB Platinum Edition- although I had more than one good laugh over the one who constantly tries to open her mouth as wide as physically possible.

This is really exciting, even if I'm most likely not gonna see it on the big screen. Just seeing this date nearing so fast. I remember thinking Fall 2013 is like ages away... Now it's almost here.

That is so unfair to any of us not living near LA!
I really hope that Disney changes its mind by releasing it nationwide in theaters if the El Capitan screenings do well.
