I haven't seen this one in such a long time, and I forgot how funny it is and how good the animation is. The facial expressions on the characters are amazing. This one is clearly the best DTV sequel the studio has ever produced. I could have said the same thing about Ariel's Beginning, but that one had a weak story, but very beautiful animation.

Oh, ok Redadoodles, but, and I really don't mean to sound rude, I am just explaining what the filmmakers were trying to do, but that is what they meant, that you just have to touch someone's hand, even while wearing gloves.
I agree Vlad!

How do you feel about this movie now that it's no longer consistent with the way the original looks in its new restoration because they based this movie's look on the Platinum Edition?

It looks weird but at least they tried to make something different instead of how Cinderella looks on the franchise.

This movie never was too close to the original film in its visuals. It has always kinda looked different to me. I mean, yes, they made it look similar, but never so close I went, "Oh, it looks exactly like the Platinum!"

i neither found any resemblances with the platinum edition but I have to say that i found it really pretty and i still think the same. They used good colors and all the characters look on model.
Yesterday I was thinking about when the DVD came out. I remember that a video store put a poster of the film outside the store and in the mall that was near my parent's house they made a special stand for the movie. In Spain it was one of the first DVDs that came with a slipcover so I was very enthusiastic about it!

I recently rewatched this movie and forgot just how awesome it is and how... good the animation looks. It definitely holds up much better than most other Direct to DVD sequels.

It's really great. I have a special love for this movie because I perfectly remember when it came out.
I've been searching for some concepts and I've found this artwork from Disney+

I'm not sure if this is already well-known, but a painting in Cinderella 3 is based on the painting Napoleon Crossing the Alps.
