Yes they did. I'm surprised they didn't do a Belle collection with the Beauty and the Beast Diamond Edition, I'm sure it would've been very popular.

I think that dolls dress would look pretty cool in the parks ..... ?! Swap the green version of the pink dress for the green version of her wedding dress here. Would be nice! Especially for winter.

Or, go completely crazy and have - dun dun duuuuuuun - her non Princess dress, the tour of the kingdom outfit ! Now THAT would be cool. I think Paris had her wearing that in the initial park parades, in 1992.

I wonder why Disney wont release the tv series. It would be a perfect tie-in with the diamond edition coming out.

And again, they could make it pink and sparkly with "starring your favourite Disney princess" on the front....seems like a no-brainer marketing wise from Disney, so I don't know why we don't have it yet.

I am so glad that they market this film in a proper, mature way, and treat it like the classic it is. For the first time in years I see a promotional shot that actually respects the classic for the masterpiece it is. Also the restoration seems the first one in years that actually is respectful towards the original film.

I think this new attitude of Disney will translate into great sales, because a whole generation will recognize the classic from back in the day.

The whole pinky, glittery merchandise did not reflect the film in any way, and that influenced the customers in the wrong way.

Because thank god they changed their approach. This might save Disney.

. Or now that they are catering to a smaller crowd,a.k.a collector's, it may prove their downfall.. Meaning that targeting an older ,more serious,demographic as opposed to this disney teencraze we're enduring the last decade we as collector's may once again need glitter & glamour to have these puppies running off the shelves. Not that I applaud that, but from a business point of view I can certainly understand their way of approach. Let's just hope this properly marketed oldschool 2d movie reinvigerates this dying genre.

The make up set is nice. They have also done Cinderella and Jasmine(I know because there is a huge Sephora in my mall and they had big displays). I read that you can pre-order it online now and it becomes available in stores in August. I wonder if they are going to do any of the other princesses?

Anyone have a link to where you can pre-order? I tried looking at Amazon myself, but couldn't find it.
