Storm of the Century- Let me just say that this film was not chosen by me. It's a made for TV film based on a novel i had never heard of my stephen king. A friend who hates scary movies picked it because she thought it was scary. It wasn't until 2 hours had passed that we realized it was a 4 and a half hour movie. I laughed, I cried, I got scared, and none for the right reason. trust me, don't see this. lol

Christmas Caper - I know it's a little early, but I really wanted to watch this one. Shannen Doherty was fantastic in it! 9/10

Footloose - So great! Total classic, awesome music. I'm seriously thinking about watching it again tonight.

High School Musical 3 - Pretty good. I liked the second one better, though.

Christmas Vacation - Probably my favorite Christmas movie, have to watch it at least once a year.

The Bucket List - Not too good. I found most of it boring and I almost slept through it. Though it might be because I'm nowhere near death (at least I don't think so).

The Nightmare Before Christmas - I was a little late in watching it (I watched it today) because it is after Halloween, but it was still marvelous nonetheless.

Beetlejuice - I watched about half of it but it wasn't because I didn't like it. It's a nice little film but I needed to start my homework (which I'm still doing and I stopped at around 5:00). I'll watch it tomorrow maybe with "Corpse Bride"

I had a movie marathon yesterday.

Child's Play 3: Look Who's Stalking - I didn't really like this one that much, but the last half hour or so was really good.

Bride of Chucky - This one was good, I liked the increasing humor and the introduction of Jennifer Tilly to the series. The music was good too!

Seed of Chucky - Again, I liked this one because it had humor.

Love this movie, and I still think it was the best movie in 2007.

The Little Mermaid: Ariel's Beginning - The beginning was okay. I disliked the ending. Overall I'd rate it 5/10.

I Am Legend It took forever to get going and once it started to get going it lost steam and ended. I give it a 5/10 for now.

The Golden Compass

I was surprised at how true to the book they stayed. Of course there were some major omissions that could screw up potential sequels and I really wish we could have had the books actual ending instead of the happy ending they gave us. Which to give them credit is at least a scene from the book, but not the ending. I didn't like how they explained Dust in the intro scenes. That's supposed to be the big mystery of the series and they just gave us the answer. Ah well, overall I was very happy. I hope they make The Subtle Knife and Amber Spyglass as well.

3.9/5.

Quantom of Solace - Yes, the rumors are true. The action scenes remind us of Bourne, it does speed from one action scene to the next, it truly isn't Casino Royale, but I loved it nonetheless. Daniel Craige is growing on me as a more real, down-to-earth Bond. While that means we loose some ridiculously funny one-liners, we in exchange get a much more genuine and vunerable action hero. The action itself, while not groundbreaking, is satisfying and some very touching moments are found inbetween the thrilling car chases and fist fights. This movie scores a solid 7.5/10.

I watched National Treasure a little bit ago. It was on USA and took about 3 hours due to commercials, and I wasn't 100% paying attention, but it had its exciting moments. I definitely want to see it again, though, because I did like it.

Forgetting Sarah Marshall

Pretty good. Extra points for willingness to show full front male nudity.
