I can't believe the mainstream press has picked up on the difference between the two. I thought only Disney fans had noticed it.

Anyway, whatever the ‘media’ narrative, I just wish more people would talk about how sacrilege it is to remake Disney’s Snow White. Isn’t that the real offense here? Rachel’s just an unlikeable girl running her mouth. She’s young, who cares. I dislike her attitude but I feel like we are focusing on the wrong thing because of her comments.

This whole thing is gonna be dead on arrival. Mostly because it shouldn’t have been made in the first place.

Basically her most decent paycheck is Snow White since West Side Story was an open casting for non-agent actors so the salary was low for sure, in shazam 2 she was hired before WSS came out so she didn't had any popularity and the HG prequel doesn't have a big budget so I doubt she was paid a lot since she's not even the lead

Does the change to "fairest one of all" mean the evil Queen is actually on a path to become the fairest ruler of all? That would be quite interesting.

Disboards is confirming that the Snow White official release date is March 22, 2024. So I guess the rumors that the film was in trouble were just that...rumors!

Those supposed leaked photos look fake to me too. Zegler's face looks photoshopped onto the body.

According to Mario/MMDisney200, the user who created the images is the same person who made that "leak" of Gal Gadot as the Evil Queen some months ago.

According to a video I saw on YouTube, Disney will decide the fate of this movie, based on the trailer reaction. The video said that if the trailer will be well received, they will release the movie in theaters as originally planned. If not, they will put it on hiatus, and maybe release it on Disney+ at a later date. I have really no idea if any of this is true or not, but I think that not releasing it in theaters would be a very smart move on Disney's part.

Which video was it? Could you post the link? While I do think sending this film straight to Disney+ would be a good idea as it would save Disney the embarrassment from yet another box office flop, I don't believe they are willing to do that regardless of trailer reception or amount of backlash.

For the record, I don't have a problem with Rachel or her casting, I just think she's a typical opinionated Gen Z-er who hasn't learned how to weigh her words.

I saw that one today, it popped on my FY page on both Instagram and TikTok. It's funny, because it's so true.
