Yeah, all I really did was take the Beast's head off one cover and put it on the other; it's the only part of the DVD that seemed to work for me and I couldn't stand the way he was depicted on the Blu-ray.
I tried to fix Belle's face too but I don't think I succeeded.
And as for the other cover, I only seem shocked because of the color changes, I swear!

YES. Sold my Platinum B&TB & netted just about what it'll cost if there is a $10 coupon for the blu ray combo pack (which I'm sure there will be).

For the heck of it, I put the DVD logo on the Blu-ray edit I did to see how it would look.
I must reiterate, I really don't like the Beast's face in the original Blu-ray cover we've been given.
I'm not sure what logo I prefer though.

I love The artwork for the blu-ray version. This must be Disney's way of apologizing for the disaster that was the Snow White combo pack cover. I wish that the DVD could have had the same cover as the blu-ray, because that DVD cover-art is ridiculously ugly. oh well though.

Well I think Disney changed the actual 2-Disc DVD because A LOT of people got confused with the Blu-ray and DVD Blu-ray combo packs and returned them after opening them and I am sure the store put up a fight and a lot of people called Disney to complain. So They are gonna make it easier for people to tell the difference now. Lol

I think people will be confused even if the covers are totally different. Lots of well-intentioned grandmas and soccer-moms have had a hard enough time differentiating between a Goodtimes video and a Disney movie, so I'm not sure how choosing the right format could be any easier.
Unless they resorted to doing something like this:
