Up to the point where Luke confronts Vader on Endor, Luke doesn't actually believe inside himself that he actually is a Jedi. It is only after Vader notes the construction of a new lightsaber that he says Luke's training is now complete, to which Luke replies under his breath and in total amazement, "Then I am a Jedi."

So, no, I don't think that even Luke saw himself the same way that you apparently see him.

I just saw this movie today, and I loved it! I really liked how they solved everything! Even how the evil emperor got so wrinkled. I always wondered how he got like that, and now I know. The only thing I didn't like was how they didn't show how Yoda got to that swamp place. Maybe they'll show that in the new t.v. show. And another thing, I heard that Han Solo did appear in Episode 3. My friend said he was isome where on one of the ships as a young boy, but it was very hard to catch him. I'll have to look for that when I see it again. Overall Episode 3 had everything: Cool battle scenes, interest solutions, and a fabulous story with decent acting. In fact you may kill me for this, but I thought it was better than Empire Strikes Back! Here is my new favorite Star Wars list:

2. Revenge Of The Sith

That was a scene that was deleted about two months before the movie opened. It's been rumoured that it will be added into the DVD version of the movie. But, anyway, one of my friends at school always was confused as to why Palpatine's face was so twisted. He was confused as it looked aged, but it hadn't been that long between AotC and RotJ. I told him he had to wait and see RotS in order to see how it and everything else unfolded. He was pleasantly suprised.

I saw it today in a theater in Manhattan and it blew me away. But the first thing I would like to announce is that I've never seen a Star Wars movie until last week, I saw Episode 6 (what a bad episode to start the whole thing don't you think?" Revenge of the Sith was pretty cool in my opinion and I'll try to watch the other episiodes as soon as I get the other DVD's.

-Overwhelmed by the acting
-Excellent sound
Maybe this is something that Star Wars fans will notice but I thought The Return of the Jedi was made back then, then why at the end they show Hayden (Anakin Skywalker) when the movies are so old. *shudders* Does this have something to do with the director?

You're a high school student, and you never saw a star wars movies until just last week? Faints...

That is just 1 of the many things George Lucas changed in the original Star Wars movies. He did it so he could make the movies look better. I personally like the changed versions better(except for that horrible change you just mentioned! ) You can discuss and see more on this thread:

Glad you enjoyed the movie!

I'm glad you enjoyed the movie, now you should at least see the original film! Sith was a great experience and I hope more people get the chance to see it on the big screen. After following the series for so many years, I was quite overwhelmed by this movie myself. In fact, I was so overwhelmed on my first viewing of it that I couldn't even talk about the movie until about 30 minutes afterwards!

I'm currently reading the Art of and novelizations and there are quite a few deleted scenes which I hope to see on the DVD. I've read there was ten minutes of space battle cut from the beginning, a scene showing Yoda going to Dagobah, a scene with Padme, Bail Organa and Mon Mothma (who was cut out of the entire movie!), and a scene I would like to see put back where Palpatine implies that Padme may be having an affair with Obi Wan. I got the feeling that Anakin thought that while watching the movie, but the re-insertion of that scene would make it much more apparant.

Agreed. That would have been another excellent way to see Anakin shift slowly to the dark side. -->

Star Wars Episode 3 Revenge Of The Sith Review
Staring Ewan McGregor, Hayden Christean, Natile Portman, and Samuel L. Jackson

People have waited over 30 years to see this and here it is. Most of the big Hype started when Episode 1 came out. Fans werenr satsified with it and they thought that Jar Jar Binks was annoyin. It made tons of cash. In 2002 Episode 2 Came out. Fans still only thoughtit was alright but they were just happy there was no Jar Jar Binks was in it. The film wasnt the top grosser of the year and it made low compared to episode in 99. Now in 05 Revenge of the Sith is out and well did Lucas Pull it off??

* I kno everyone seen it, I xsaw it the 2nd day it came out but didnt have time to write a full review.

What Worked
- Well George Lucas got it Right
- All our questions were ansewerd they way we wanted them
- Excellent score by John Williams
-Great Action
- Natlie Portman and Ewan McGregor were good actors.
- Good CGI effects

What Didnt work
-Went Too quick
- Hayden Chrestian is not that good in it.
- Bad... Very bad dialouge

Thoughts
First of all Star Wars arent my favorite films really. I only find them good not great. I prefir Harry Potter and Lord Of The Rings. This was a good star wars film though. It was alot of fun to watch it and it had great action. The Sequence of him Turning into Vadar was pretty cool. The CGI is alot better this time. The movie itself this time has a better story. Thought there are still some things that arent good about this film. Lucas still added bad dialouge. Also In My opinion I felt that they were going to quick at the end.

Overall Thoughts.
While Star Wars doest have some flaws it is still a great film. It is a Huge improvent ment over the other two. The Film is also just as good as the originals. Its Not the best film this year but it is one of the best. Id reccomend this for everyone to see because if u dont see it your missing one of the most memorable moments of this year.

I thought that Ian McDiarmid was the best actor throught the entire movie. Ewan McGregor comes in second. If only Christopher Lee was in the film longer, then we would have gotten to see him shine. But alas, Lucas has this weird thing with 2hrs and 20mins for his films.

A very close second. I watched episode 4 today and he is, and I mean is, a mirror image of Alec Guiness. It's scary. Did you guys think that Samuel L. Jackson seemed a little out of place in certain parts of the movie? He was great, but his performance seemed a little awkward in certain parts.

I'd also like to say that Jar Jar doesn't utter a word in the whole movie.

Well, apparently he thought it was honorable enough because he told George Lucas that he wouldn't do the movie unless Mace Windu went out in a blaze of glory.

I don't know, it doesn't really seem honorable to me, but that's what he said. He was pretty cool in that scene before he was thrown out the window, though.

how about the Emperor forcing Anakin to fight Master Windu, he feeling bad because of he is one of his superiors and he really want to be a Jedi, then Palpatine used the "They´ll never give you the Master rank because they´re jealous"speech to encourage Anakin to kill Windu?

I think it would have been cool to see Mace Windu die saving someone, like stopping Anakin from killing the Jedi and fighting him to the death, while some of the younglings get away. But I guess that wouldn't be a good idea since Anakin killing the kids was really symbolic. It showed him doing such an act of cruelty that he could never go back.

Maybe he could have slipped on a banana peel and fallen off the Jedi council building. That's honorable, right?

but what we all missed, it was the death of Jar Jar on hands of Anakin, with the sable, the struggling-force stuff or anything painfull
