Viktor was a guest at Bill & Fleur's wedding. IIRC, he chatted with Harry for a bit.

Yay! Hopefully they'll be able to still introduce the Percy plotline. Maybe these last two films will make up a little for what's been horribly cut in the past.

You know, I was never much of a Percy fan. I also wasn't really much of a Charlie, Bill, Fred, or George, or Arthur fan. The only Weasleys I really enjoyed reading about were Ginny, Ron, and Molly.

Yeah, Percy was just a strange character I loved to read the scenes of. But, yeah, I don't really care about the others either (Fred and George even irritate me--blasphemy!

).

Percy is in Order of the Phoenix. You just have to pay a little attention to notice him.

He was there, but it's not like it was really elaborated upon or made a point of.

No, Percy is not in the Order of the Phoenix. He fights along side of them during the Battle of Hogwarts, but unlike his parents and siblings (minus Ginny) he is not a member.
In OotP he is clearly on the Ministry's side.
In HBP he still works solely for the Minister and only has contact with his family when Scrimegeour forces him to go see them at Christmas so he may see Harry.
In DH he still works for the Ministry even after it becomes clear that Voldemort has taken it over (in his defense so does his father), but still doesn't have contact with the family (he only meets Fleur, as a Weasley when he climbs out of Adrianna's portrait near the end of the book, since he did not come to wedding) till the Battle of Hogwarts where he famously resigns his post and joins the Order in battle.

I don't think he meant the organization Order of the Phoenix, but that the character appears in the movie OotP.

See what happens when I try to respond in the wee hours of the morning?
Yeah Percy is in one scene in OotP. He's there when they try to take Dumbledore in working as Fudge's aid.

And he pops up in the end too, I think? When Fudge arrives at the ministry... it's a nice touch that he's included, but I remember reading an interview with the actor when he said he agreed to appear in OOTP instead of GOF because he reasoned he'd have something to do in OOTP and then in the end, he just wound up as set dressing. Poor guy.

[quote="disneyboy20022"] Also Spielberg May be directing according to the article above..
I know they should put this on a game show
WHO WANTS TO FILM HARRY POTTER AND THE DEATHLY HALLOWS PARTS 1 & 2
Steven Spielberg
Billy Ray Cyrus
If Steven Spielberg directed it, It would probably add an alien, a bicycle, a boy, and some puppy-like children.
If Billy Ray Cyrus somehow ended up directing it. It would be like Hannah Montana; Hermione San Morineity

He's also in the Hearing scene, but it's kinda hard to spot him.
Anyway, I might've said
The Order of the Pheonix if I meant he was a member.

So Williams stated with confidence he is coming back for Harry Potter 7 and also adds he hopes to. But with the combined power of Nicholas Hooper and David Yates, they kicked out Patrick Doyle who did Goblet of Fire and didn't do Order. Although, screenwriter Steve Kloves didn't write Order of the Phoenix and he came back for Half-Blood Prince. Perhaps Williams will have enough power to come back? Or will Yates have a say in this?
Oh, and I'm really glad they split Deathly Hallows into two films. If Williams does come back, we get two movies worth of music!

Williams NEEDS to come back for Deathly Hallows (both parts). Hooper's Order of the Phoenix score was nice, but dare I say a little too subtle. The world of Harry Potter is grand and expands more and more with each installment. A subdued score doesn't work so well (though let's see what he does with Half-Blood Prince). Deathly Hallows needs that bombastic, sweeping feeling that Williams provides. If he can do that with the first three movies, which were smaller in scale, imagine what he could do for the flat-out epic finale.

I actually saw John Williams at a Boston Pops concert a little more than two weeks ago, and it was an amazing experience. He didn't conduct any Harry Potter music, but it was still awesome, and he brought the director of Singin' in the Rain out to do a speech. Just felt like I needed to share that he needs to come back, because his music is one of the best.

Yeah. I felt that Williams had his heydays behind him, so to speak. But then you listen to a Harry Potter score and you realize he's still very much at the top of his game. Still one of the best composers, and I hope he returns for the final two Potter films.

I can't believe there are people who actually want Hooper to finish the series off. Hooper says his favorite soundtrack is POA and will never copy Williams but make a whole new soundtrack for HBP. At times like this I wonder how he ever became a composer if he doesn't see the importance of incorporating themes from SS which give chills down my spine when I hear it in present Harry Potter films.

He practically copied Williams for HBP.
And Kubrick said he wants WILLIAMS. Read the post.

Oh, I know KubrickFan is for Williams! I was referring to people from other websites who comments Hooper's stuff is good. D:
I haven't listened to all of HBP, but in an interview he said he decided to go his own way. Unless of course he SAYS this but ACCIDENTLY copied Williams anyways.

Oh, okay. I'll link you to the movie's site, and you can get a taste of the score there.
