Lynette is going to live and the possum died!!! What a touching moment with Lynette in the garden after hearing that she was cancer free.............it was a very emotional moment.

Danielle's imitation of Bree was knock-down funny and spot-on. Just great writing.

Gabby and Carlos are in deep Kimchi..............and the next couple of weeks will be fun to watch.

I have said it before, and it deserves to be said again, this is the best written show on television, and deserves a lot better ratings than it is getting. It should be number one with a bullet, and those who don't watch it should get the bullet for not watching.

Well, Bill, I wouldn't say that Desperate Housewives ratings are anywhere near bad. It averages 18-19 million viewers a week. It averages being in the top 3-5 in Nielson Media Research. Yes, it should get back to the 20-22 million viewers that the first season had, but, it's still doing very well.

I do agree that this is one of the best written shows on television. They've also got one of the best casts on television.

Love 'em!

That wasn't just a preview for the next episode ...

That was a preview of the upcoming episodes ...

Wow! What a night! Oh what a night!

Gaby what did you do? Gotta love it!

What a great episode ...

Lynette and her sisters were hilarious ... I loved loved loved the scene at the restaurant ... I can't believe Lynnie just placed her mom's luggage in her sister's car and bolted ....

Another fantastic scene was the Hodge dinner with the Delfinos ... "I brought ice cream" ...

Gosh Victor is so evil ... "Get up so I can see your face when I kill you" ... You got what you deserved buddy ...

It sucks that we have to wait two weeks for the next episode (episode 8 ) ... Next week is the American Music Awards ...

So did everyone buckle up? Because it's gonna be a bumpy ride as we make it through to episode ten ...

Is a tornado really going to come and tear up wisteria lane???

Have they filmed a different season finale???

Yes a tornado is coming ... It comes episode 9 ... and the aftermath is shown in episode 10 ... it's a two-parter ...

From what I've heard ... they haven't filmed an alternate ending ...

But let's put it this way ... the last episode that will air ... will definitely have you craving more ...

I didn't get a chance to see last night's episode! Ugh,I'm SO dissapointed! Is there a link to the preview of next week's episode?

Whoa! Last night's episode was incredible! I'd say it's the best episode of the season so far.

I loved Bree and Orson's quarreling over, well...you know, throughout the episode. Pure comedic genius!

Gaby's story, without a doubt, stole the show last night. I literally jumped out of my seat when she first whacked Victor in the face with that paddle, but I was in awe when she did it again! Crazy stuff!

Lynette is great. I felt really bad for her mother, so I hope she's able to track her down and let her know that she can stay.

As for Snoozan, she sucks. She should just jump off a cliff.

ABC.com will let you see any episodes you have missed of DH, plus you can the full preview as shown last night for the next few weeks.

Let's hope the writer's strike doesn't slow down the flow of what is going on. I would hate to see a shortened season because of the writer's strike.

Last night's episode was great. Gabby's storyline is really getting good. Is whats-his-name really dead, or will re-appear at an opportune time?

Benjamin got 'clipped' and as Bree said, will be "as Jewish as I am"........that was an amazing line.

This show just keeps getting better and better.

Susan and Mike have a real blow-up coming, and Lynette and Tom are trying to put their family life back together without mom, but I think that will be impossible, but only the next couple of weeks will tell.

From what I read on wikipedia, these next 2 episodes with the tornado were the last completed before the strike (and that discludes one more episode that should've been filmed before Christmas). That might be why there won't be an episode next week; they're trying to fill in the slot of the unfinished episode. Still, it's a good thing they'll be able to end with something as climactic as a twister.

***Possible Spoilers***

Am I the only one who thinks Stella might get the cut? She doesn't have much use now and a tornado's coming, so... Poor Lynette. Everyone around her dies.

The AMA awards was already scheduled in before the writers strike hit ...

The next episode is episode 8 ... episode 9 is the twister ... and episode 10 is the aftermath ...

Episode 10 was the last episode filmed ...

If you think you are visiting with our Wisteria gals tonight ... You are mistaken ...

Remember DH has been preempted for the American Music Awards ... No it wasn't preempted because of the writers' strike ... This was an already planned preemption ... Just like it will once again get preempted on December 9th for Oprah Winfrey Presents: Mitch Albom's For One More Day ...

Next week Richard Chamberlain guest stars as Lynette step-father ... and then ... In two weeks ... I don't think we're on Wisteria Lane anymore Toto ...

I don't think the tornado is this week. According the R_T_D, it is supposed to be the next episode. At any rate, I'm excited about that episode, as well!

Great stuff, tonight.

The best was Bree booking herself a dental appointment with Orson, using a different name, in order to get sex, and then Orson saying, "I was told you had a cavity that needed to be filled." LOFL! That is classic!
