I do admire the Danish team for making their own cover - instead of just using the USA one and just translating the text on it... However I really do prefer the R1 cover...Unregistered wrote:Why does this always happen to us danes? Would love to have some one-on-one time with the person who suddenly had the idea that Denmark outta have a special cover for itself.
If you hadn't guessed by my rant, I aint all that pleased with the Danish coverart. IMO, the writing saying "Havfrue" looks way too homemade. Perhaps that's just me though.
I guess everybody just wish their fav. disney movie to have the best possible DVD.
It's not that I don't appreciate their gesture but when the end result ends up looking (again, in my opinion) worse than the coverart given to begin with, it's just not worth it.271286 wrote:I do admire the Danish team for making their own cover - instead of just using the USA one and just translating the text on it... Don't worry, they may very well use it for the rest of Scandinavia, as well.Unregistered wrote:Why does this always happen to us danes? Would love to have some one-on-one time with the person who suddenly had the idea that Denmark outta have a special cover for itself.
Seriously?! I hope we get a rerelease of TLMII here as well!beckalovesariel wrote:plus aussie gets a TLM + TLM 2 boxset on the 4th of october!

In the Netherlands, TLM2 will be released in a duo pack too. The release date is october 18, the same as the 1-disc and 2-disc DVD's of TLM. On october 25, TLM2 will be released without TLM too. But if it's a new edition or just a reissue... we don't know.Prince Ali wrote:Seriously?! I personally like this cover better than the US one.
australia will not get that cover! almost every region 4 cover has been different to the region 1 cover.joshthesim26 wrote:Is it possible though that the release date is going to be pushed back to fix Ariel's seven fingers on the cover?
Whether it's a reissue or a completely new edition, I don't care as long as we get it. I didn't buy the sequel when it was first released.Scabbie wrote:In the Netherlands, TLM2 will be released in a duo pack too. Here in Finland we have that Japanese cover as a CD soundtrack cover. It's beautiful. I hope it could be DVD cover also.crunkcourt wrote:I think the Japanese cover would make a great cd cover.
Interesting; it's odd that they make different covers around the world, but it's kind of cool at the same time.Jeremy wrote:Here in Finland we have that Japanese cover as a CD soundtrack cover. Not every cover has been changed. We kept the covers of Beauty and the Beast, The Lion King, Aladdin, Cinderella, and Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.beckalovesariel wrote:australia will not get that cover! almost every region 4 cover has been different to the region 1 cover.joshthesim26 wrote:Is it possible though that the release date is going to be pushed back to fix Ariel's seven fingers on the cover?
plus the region 1 covers we are seeing now are not the final covers!
