Something I hope from the movie is that the characters don't wear those boring medieval clothes all the time, I like King Magnifico and Queen Amaya clothes, and Asha clothes are kinda decent but the background characters and characters like the Teens and Asha family wear the most boring and generic clothes.
They could have had so much fun with fabrics, colors etc but instead they decided that the entire kingdom wears variations of the same outfit

Looks like the Q&A press conference for Wish is about to happen this week (today or tomorrow) and that means we still have the chance of the second trailer, the new trailer, dropping this week.

Press meetings are always made the day before they want to release the trailer, so this way they have time to make their articles in time

That would be awesome if that's the case.

When the trailer gets released all the racist people in Spain, Latin America and the Arab world will start saying horrible stuff (like they did with the teaser in april) about how Asha should be slave and not a princess (she's not a born princess anyways, and if she was who cares?) for being half black.
It's horrible, I hope Disney Spain defends the characters and afrospaniards in general since they are super opressed here

Well, I’m curious to see what Mexico thinks as they just finished showing footage to the press over there right now:

I'm glad at least the producer is hispanic, I thought not a single person in this movie was hispanic (not even Ariana Debose is, her biological father is half hispanic but she has never met him, so she isn't even if she wants to get diversity points in castings)
I don't hate her, I just think she has an identity crisis since she was raised by her white mother alone, but it's stupid to call yourself hispanic when you don't know anything or do any cultural practice or food
Edit: It's like Rachel Zegler, raised by her two parents but her mother who has colombian ancestry (we don't know if full or just half as most people on twitter say) never raised in anything cultural about Colombia or hispanic in general, she doesnt speak the language or even has a name and last name that could make her suffer xenophobia, so her being "hispanic" is just something she says to get more work in hollywood.
My dad is moroccan, I'm not raised in the culture, so I don't identify with that part, I don't deny my ancestry it's just stupid to identify with something I'm not really part of.

At least Ariana DeBose isn’t making a big deal about it in a snobby manner like Rachel Zegler is doing and at least DeBose comes off like a genuinely kind and loving soul.

Courtesy of Sanjay Creates, we’ve got another new poster for Walt Disney Animation Studios’ #Wish, Disney’s big 100th Anniversary finale event film, only in theaters November 22nd. I must say, given this film pays honor to Disney and its past, I expect the film to open like this with the book opening like we saw with Snow White, Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Pinocchio, The Sword in the Stone, The Jungle Book, The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, and Enchanted.
Also look at the “A” in the “A story a century in the making” tagline.
Gotta love that poster. I also love the new picture of Asha in the new tweet.

So agreed. Ariana DeBose feels like a legend in the making, a class act.
Can't wait to see the trailer.

She actually does, in the promotion for West Side Story she and Zegler said in a very viral video "to be hispanic does it matter to speak the language, to eat the food, to celebrate the culture?" And this is why she and Zegler are disliked by hispanic people
She's worse than Rachel Zegler, at least she says her grandmother would speak her in spanish and cook food sometimes, but Debose connection to Puerto Rico is just by her sperms donor (her bio father)

I don't think biology cares if you were raised by your father or not? Who cares anyway, she's an actor playing a role, not playing herself. She's much more talented than Zegler as far as acting goes, imo. As far as personality, it's like night and day.

Let's hope that the trailer comes out tomorrow after press day. Elemental's press day was on March 28th I think and the trailer came out on the same day.

Actually Elemental’s press day was March 27th and the trailer dropped the following day.
Then again, tomorrow’s Wish press conference is said to be in Toronto, not LA at the Walt Disney Animation Studios itself, so who knows if we even get the 2nd trailer this week.

At Mexico’s press event for Wish today, one of the film’s producers, Juan Pablo Reyes, confirmed the film won’t be delayed, will keep its November 22nd date, and will be in theaters for “several months” to be a box office hit before going to streaming (Disney+) and other home media:

Good to know that the rumors of
Wish being delayed are finally squashed; and also re-affirming the longer run in movie theaters in comparison to the last two WDAS films.
