Well, it's blue, and the style is very similar. I know that Disney likes to give each princess their own individual colour scheme and style, but I feel blue is the best colour for Tiana--or perhaps pastel purple might have been lovely?Want2beBelle wrote:I'm glad u c this as wellCordy_Biddle wrote: I think Tiana's blue gown is very Cinderella...i thought i was the only 1
Purple would be amazing, along with a different style dress maybe a trumpet style or something, sorry to go off about it

We could completely re-design Tiana's costumes, lol!Want2beBelle wrote:Purple would be amazing, along with a different style dress maybe a trumpet style or something, sorry to go off about it

How so? She's no Jessica Rabbit!Disney's Divinity wrote:That figurine made me realize how unrealistic Tiana's proportions are--or maybe they just didn't do her right.
They had to make her look like this.ajmrowland wrote:She looks as thin as an anorexic.

If they would make her look "fuller" than the other princesses, the whole black community would scream again that it's discrimination.

Well, I think Snow White isn't really anorexic, nor is Mulan. There is nothing against a "healthy weight" and this isn't one! I do hope Tiana doesn't look as thin in the movie, but since this is a representation of her in sculpture... just have to take another look at the trailer.ajmrowland wrote:So trueMarky_198 wrote: They had to make her look like this.

I'm just saying there's a reason most people over here have issues with self-image.

Now, don't go putting words in my mouth. I never said that all the princesses had unhealthy weights.BelleGirl wrote:Well, I think Snow White isn't really anorexic, nor is Mulan. There is nothing against a "healthy weight" and this isn't one!ajmrowland wrote: So true
