I changed mine to a Peter Pan themed avatar that says "Believe" alongside an image of Peter helping the Darlings to fly. I chose this one in my excitement for the PP PE coming next year, and because PP is my favorite.

I just know that Tiny the dinosaur will be my favourite character in Meet The Robinsons, I adored him in the trailer!

My avatar is Hen Wen, from "The Black Cauldron". On Jim Hill Media and DisneySites, I always used the same exact avatar that Gurgi30 has here (what a coincedence!), but, when it came time to select an avatar for UD, I decided to also change my avatars at the other sites, so when people see the picture, they know it's me...so I looked online, found a bunch that I liked, found a few that were the right size, and voila! Hen Wen's expression is really cute here, too!

Darling Meg occupies the space under my user name now. I absolutely love that shot of her. She's probably one of my top ten favourite Disney characters.

You can also use Animation Shop, which pretty much does it all. You can import video files, resize, delete frames, modify frames, et cetera. Nice little program and you can sometimes get it free, with magazine promotions (eg: PC World) comes bundled with Jasc Paint Shop.

You can also use GIMP, which is free, but a lot harder to use. I made a Lifted gif with it:



I tried doing Anger Is Pointless an Avatar, with GIMP, but couldn't find a compression tool to make it under 20 KB.

I figured this would be the best place to post something like this. I'm looking for an animated avatar of Ariel when she flies up with the waves on the rock from the Part of Your World (Reprise) scene. If anybody could help me find an avatar like this, I'd appreciate it.

Screw my last post, I like the one I have now. It's a picture of Bree Van De Kamp (or should I say, Hodge) when she threw her wine bottle to try and intimidate Andrew. Classic Desperate Housewives moment, IMO.

Sure, just find your favorite pictures, of your favorite Villains, send them to me (probably best via email) and I'll resize them and make them into a flashing picture.
If you can't find any good pictures of Villains, I might be able to find some you might like.
