Finding Neverland
I don't know why I have avoided it until now since it is set a hundred years ago (that's a plus) and it stars a couple of my favourite actors, Kate Winslet and Johnny Depp.
It was pretty darn good. :)

What?! The orestes. watched & liked Finding Neverland! :o

Anyways, making use of my day off, I decided to watch Now and Then. I always like it every time I watch it. Maybe because it shows how girls can keep in touch and remember stories and all that. It's not a favorite, but I don't mind watching it again and again. :)

The first series of Batman movies will always hold a sweet spot in my heart. But this one just blows it away!

I saw the unrated extended director's cut of theThe Grudge and The Ring (regular version). Maybe it's because I saw The Grudge last year in theaters and my memory is rusty, but I couldn't tell much if any difference between the theatrical and the director's cut.

I'm watching South Park: Bigger, Longer and Uncut. I love the Blame Canada song, that's a classic.
Remember the Titans just finished on TV, it's a great film I like it very much. I just wish I had it.

I saw Episode IV, V and VI. Fun viewing seeing all three together. I'll definitely be doing it again with the better trilogy soon! :D

Alright sorry, I'm a little confussed. For some reason I always thought that the original was called Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Why did they change the title though? Maybe to confuse people like me. ;)

the book was called Charlie and the Chocolate Factory but the Quaker Oats Company (who was financing the film) intended to bring out a candy bar so Wonka was the name of the film. But an error in the chocolate formula caused the bars to melt too easily, even while on the shelf, and so they were taken off the market. And so Quaker sold the brand to what whould become Nestlé who has there own Wonka bar and many other candies under that name. When the new film was made they were not financed by Quaker or Nestlé AND they wanted to be for ture to the book so it became Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.

That explains it. ;) You sure know a lot about this you must be a Charlie and the Chocolate Factory fan.

Anyways, I'm watching Shallow Hal. It's on TV and I might as well watch it even though I'm really not.

A little more than a week ago, I watched Dear Frankie twice (once with commentary). Been a slow time as far as movies for me, but then, "The Muppet Show" has been out!

Me too!

I didn´t expect anything from thismovie, but it really was enjoyable(not likely than I buy it but maybe my sister will do)and a very nice work. It really felt like reading a comic book.

By the way, Elijah´s character was pretty disturbing n_n

This will make our Doris Day fan very happy, I just watched Calamity Jane and The Thrill of It All and enjoyed both of them thoroughly. Will be watching John Wayne's The High and the Mighty tonight.

The Batman Superman Movie.

AWESOME quality! I really think these direct to video movies should had a better DVD treatment.

PS

I hope to soon get Batman Beyon the movie; UNCUT... they're selling it along with others at Sam's Club for $6.

With that, I'll just need to buy Batman Sub Zero movie to have all the animated ones complete... all except the one of Batwoman (I think that one was pretty bad).
