I agree Platoon is an awesome movie, I just saw it on t.v. the other night for the first time. I know I am a little behind times, the movie has been out for a while, just never had a chance to see it. I think I am gonna pick it up from Columbia House.
Yeah it's great, but you have to watch the video, because they cut a lot of stuff out from t.v.

Wow, this has taken me a while: yes, it's marketed as having a big shark fin scaring them, but the shark is only a very minor part of the film (it was just played up for marketing reasons).
I actually rented it hoping it would be just another cheesy shark attack movie, but I was surprised to find it so much more.

I finished:
King Arthur (uncut edition): It's a great movie really, an interesting take on the legend, but I was disappointed by the missing knights (Specifically Sir Kay and Sir Mordred (Malagant)). However, I think they were excluded so that the viewer could engage with the remaining Knights in a meaningful way. Anyways, Clive Owen played Arthur (Arturius) perfectly, the exact way I always imagined Arthur acting. However, the DVD leaves a little to be desired in terms of special features (Then again, I think I'm a little jaded thanks to 2 disc sets)
Movie: 4 out of 5
DVD: 3 out of 5
Top Gun: Special Collector's Edition: A great, action filled movie that finally gets the treatment it deserves on DVD. The video and audio quality is by and far above the original DVD release. This is my favorite Tom Cruise movie, and I encourage anyone who has an interest in this movie to pick up this DVD.
Movie: 4.5 out of 5
DVD: 4.5 out of 5

Shark Tale:

I watch the movie all the way through hoping it would get better and I never enjoyed it once. I tried to watch it againg today(sometimes when I watch things over again I tend to like it more) but it still wasn't funny at all. I couldn't even watch the whole thing all the way through this time. Finding Nemo it 1000000 times better than SharkTale. And I didn't even like Finding Nemo! Terrible movie!

Yeah I herd Electra wasn't a very good movie and that it was even worse than Daredevil.
I wanna rent Robots and A Sharks Tale. Robots actually looks like a good movie, I'm not to sure about Shark Tale but I'll at least give it a try. Never know I might like it, I mean its got Will Smith, and Jack Black. But it doesn't matter, you can have good actors but it still could be a crappy movie.

SharkTale is similar to Elektra in this sense..they were slooow movies.

Hey, ST had Angelina Jolie, but I still didn't like the movie.

The music and voice actors didn't really make up for it. It's like SharkTale relied heavily on its famous singers and actors.

What ever you do, DON'T SEE SHARK TALE!!! Unless you like crappy animation, boring story-line, cheap laughs and unlikable characters! I liked Robots though. I thought it was a funny movie! Shark Tale wasn't!
