A few other DVDs showed up as rewards:
Quack Pack Vol. 1
Million Dollar Duck
Babes in Toyland

I wish they'd add more DMC exclusive yellow-border "Wonderful World of Disney" DVDs. I've been looking for Babes for a long time. Will probably order that one.

What other Pirates stuff is there? I only noticed the ball cap was new.
AWESOME! I've been looking for Babes in Toyland for a long time too. One of my favorite Disney movies, mostly because of the awesome music.. and it is just such a charming movie. Ordering now, even though I was attempting to save up my points.

Do any of the other movies on DMR have charming little tunes like Babes in Toyland, besides The Happiest Millionaire? I really enjoy musicals, but it's difficult to figure out which of these somewhat obscure movies are musicals, and which are not.

Also, I have the Oswald treasures, but it is worth it. It has a great Ub Iworks biography video.

Gepetto is a somewhat recent made for tv musical with music and lyrics by Stephen Schwartz (Wicked, Godspell, Pippin on Broadway). Schwartz was also the lyricist for Disney's Pocahontas and Hunchback of Notre Dame. Drew Carey is not a great singer, but Stephen's songs are good.

Those Calloways is not a musical, but it is a beautiful dramatic film from the classic Walt Disney era, and I recommend it highly. It has a great cast including Brian Keith, Vera Miles, Water Brennan, and Ed Wynn.

Thanks for the heads up! I picked up the the Oswald DVD.

According to Wikipedia, Disc 2 includes several non-Oswald shorts, including Steamboat Willie and the Skeleton Dance!

Just got the Oswald set. This will be the first time I've used my points in a while. Can't wait!

I wish Disney would add a few more worthwhile Blu-ray titles to the rewards list. I am sitting on a bunch of points and doubt I'll ever use them if there aren't any new additions.

The only thing I ever redeemed for was a Finding Neverland DVD that ended up being full screen, which I didn't want. It's sitting in my closet as we speak and I'll probably just end up selling it on eBay for the going rate, about $4.

Another nice thing about the Oswald Treasure: it comes with an Oswald Button!

Thinking about ordering the Oswald Treasure, but a little unsure about it because of the way they ship DVD/Blu-rays. How was the Walt Treasure shipped? Just wondering if the tins are dented up, etc...

I already have the Oswald set, but it is nice they are offering it as a reward for those who do not have it.

I plan on redeeming the Oswald set.

When I redeemed "Your Host, Walt Disney" it was pretty banged up, but the tin for this release had no manufacturing number on the front, and the back cover was just a paper printout stuck to the tin with sticky goo.

I ended up just discarding the tin, But was very happy to be able to get a Treasures set from DMR. In the 6 months that I have been registered with DMR, I've only felt the need to redeem "So Dear To My Heart" and "Your Host", and would jump at the opportunity to get a Treasures set without paying $30.00+. Particularly these late waves with the lousy tins.

That was wave 6 of 9, I guess all of the recent waves are made to that same (low) standard.

What's all this? :? What are the Disney Movie Rewards? What are the 'points' mentioned frequently on the first page? Could somebody please explain what this is all about?

Disney Movie Rewards is a program in the US where points are awarded for purchases of Disney DVD and Blu-ray releases. These points come in the form of unique codes printed on inserts in each case, that are entered at http://www.disneymovierewards.com and can be redeemed for prizes.

My first DMR anniversary is coming up on 6/16. Does anyone know what Blu-rays they have been offering lately as the anniversary reward? I'm probably going to go for Chicken Little if it is still part of the selection.

I was excited to see that Million Dollar Duck was a new reward. I got it right away. Had just more than enough points for it. It was my favorite movie as a kid.

My anniversary was in March, and it was Chicken Little, The Rookie, or Eight Below.

$5 coupon for the 3D Combo pack of Gnomeo and Juliet is on DMR and is now live..

I find it interesting that it says it's a 3-disc....could it be Disney Finally is using a Digital copy on the same disc as the DVD and no more Digital Disc Coasters :jawdrop:

What is with the $5 coupons for new releases lately. Especially since its only for the 3D version? That set will be $27.99 at Target! Disney is really getting stingy with these coupons. I was thinking of getting this as a blind buy if there was a good deal with coupons but definitely not at $22 after coupon.

Yup, the Digital Copy is on the DVD.

Yup, the coupons aren't as good anymore. The economy hasn't rebounded fully yet and lots of people are couponing it. I want the $10 coupons back! I'm gonna pass on this one for now. Seeing as it is not in the DAC canon and was released under Touchstone, I see this one going down in price in the future. See if Disney offered a $10 off coupon I would've maybe considered picking it up now, but...

Just curious, I kept my ticket stubs from Thor. I take it they aren't giving DMR points for Marvel movies yet are they?

I definitely doubt it personally for the time being. Also, the fact that Thor wasn't distributed by a Disney owned company factors into it. I'm sure if they distribute a Marvel movie under a Disney owned company, it would have a better chance

Does anyone have a problem with emails from DMR? I have problems receiving emails from DMR, but do not have any issues with other Disney properties sending me using emails using the exact same email address I have registered with DMR. Whenever I log on to DMR, at least once a month there is a message there that says to please check my email address as they (DMR) has been having problems sending me emails. I have checked my junk email folder and there is nothing there from DMR.
