Can you explain this? Like, because of humor/innuendo or because of graphic/dramatic scenes? I would love for it to be the latter, lol.mawnck wrote:For the record, I'm very surprised that it's rated G.
Ugh, I'm jealous! I can't really decipher the music! I thought I heard some "rock"-ish undertones, but I'm not sure... I guess I'll just have to wait for the CD...blackcauldron85 wrote:OMG, thank you so much for posting the video!!! I can hear the rockiness in the beginning, and it sounds kind of medieval...whatever instrument they're using does, I mean. Ugh, I can't wait to hear the music!!!

Jesus, why is everyone getting so worked up over MPAA ratings? Lilo & Stitch was rated PG for some mild sci-fi action and HotR for brief mild rude humor, and -unless I'm mistaken- a little innuendo ("Yeah, they're real. Quit starin'.") Geez, the MPAA's kinda uptight about these kinds of things.Candy-Bonita95 wrote:mawnck wrote: For the record, I'm very surprised that it's rated G.
Why is it that the matured-themed Disney films like The Hunkchback of Notre Dame get a G rating ,but childish films like Home on the Range and Lilo and Stitch get PG ratings.
mawnck I totally understand why you are surprised (even though I didn't see the movie.)When you know there is something innappropriate for children and the MPAA doesn't see it,it pisses you off.I've been through the same thing.

I never expected Tangled to have music like that WOW -

I just noticed that Donna Murphy (the voice of Mother Gothel) was born in Corona, NY. She's Kingdom of Corona's citizen IRLRodryCroft wrote:Hi guys!!

But it just one of those things.Like come on.The bad stuff if THBoND was totally more memorable than the crude jokes in HoTRDisneyJedi wrote:Jesus, why is everyone getting so worked up over MPAA ratings? To be honest, from all I've seen of the final product of the film, I'm not too happy with Rapunzel's design. Every time I look at her, I have the feeling I'm looking at a very horrible CGI mix of Ariel and your average anime girl with HUGE eyes.
As you can see, the design is not the final movie version, this is more of the original Glen Keane design of the characters.
Got no intention to spoil anyone, so I won't tell you what's going on here...

This particular drawing was once again inspired by some of the more refined model sheets and character design which was done by Glen Keane for the original RAPUNZEL movie .
Maximus' pose is based on a same pose drawn by Glen Keane, with my own take on his character, while Flynn and Rapunzel came to my mind thinking about the journey they're going through in the story, where I also wanted to put in some bits of blooming of their romance, especially in Rapunzel...
