It looks like those cardboard cases they have at wholesale clubs, except instead of seeing stuff like Hershey's Chocolate or Mama Celeste, it's Disney DVD! Now I want some!

You can purchase them from the Disney Movie Club.

Yep... I ordered them from the Disney Movie Club. And by the way, they're plastic made and they connect to each other.

They hold 20 DVDS each.

I wanted the shelves because back on the VHS era the clamshell boxes made them distinctive... now on DVD they look alike. And these shelves really make them stand out.

They're for sale at around $6 each (and back at the time the s&h were included).

I'm glad you liked my collection. ;)

Just to establish some points.

1. I do have the Pixar movies as well, but since I don't consider them Disney, I have them with the rest of my regular movies.

2. The reason why I have empty spaces on the shelves is deliberate. Now I have the exact spaces separated for when I add the rest that I want/need.

3. My Aladdin Gift Set sits atop of my TV.

Can you order those carboard or plastic cases from the DMC online at the website?

and and MickeyMousePal, tomorrow, you've gotta take a picture and post your picture of your collection?

That's the only way you can get them I believe.

Go there and buy them from the "merchandise" section.

I'm excited but only at the possibility that he'll stand next to it and give us a thumbs up and a big smile!

I'm going to assume you have to be a member of the DMC to be able to view the "merchandise" section".

Yes, same here because I am not able to locate that section.

You can't see a lot of the stuff on the website if you're not a member (for example, in the DMC forum we found that you can't see some Collector's editions like TENG and Atlantis if you aren't a member).

I don't think merchandise, "free" posters and some select DVDs are shown to non members.

Either way, they are $5.95 and when I put it in my cart on the website like I was going to buy it, the shipping was free. They also connect together.
