Yeah, if the film is great, they could call it "The Adventures of Captain Fudge-sickle", for all I care.

Thats a REALLY good idea. Wow. So much better than what Disney managed to come up with. Snowflake would have -almost- everyone happy. Marketing gets their tacky one word title, and at least we get something central to the storyline in the title (besides it being cold.. and.. frozen.. i guess).TsWade2 wrote:But, wasn't there another movie called Frozen or is the title not decided yet? Why can they just call it Snowflake? I mean, in the story of Snow Queen, Kay's eyes got splinters from snowflakes.
'Snowflake' sounds too 'girly'; wouldn't drive boys to the theaters.TsWade2 wrote:But, wasn't there another movie called Frozen or is the title not decided yet? Why can they just call it Snowflake? I mean, in the story of Snow Queen, Kay's eyes got splinters from snowflakes.
Why would that be stupid? Most of Disney's adaptations used the same name as the source?SWillie! wrote:I don't think it will ever be called Snow Queen (you'd really have to be stupid to think it would get named that)
It describes the Snow Queen's "frozen" heart.Disney's Divinity wrote:Personally, I think "Frozen" is even worse than "Tangled" because at least "Tangled" supposedly describes Flynn's and Rapunzel's relationship. What does "Frozen" have to do with anything to do with TSQ other than the setting?
Oh.....good point. Well, I hope the title Frozen isn't copyright infridgement since there was another movie called Frozen.Sotiris wrote:'Snowflake' sound too 'girly'; wouldn't drive boys to the theaters.TsWade2 wrote:But, wasn't there another movie called Frozen or is the title not decided yet? Now I've got that song in my head.Patrick wrote:I see what you did there.PatrickvD wrote:Yes, and Madonna will voice the Snow Queen.

Didn't stop Tangled: http://www.imdb.com/find?s=all&q=tangled . . . there's a ton of "Frozen" titles already as well.TsWade2 wrote:Well, I hope the title Frozen isn't copyright infridgement since there was another movie called Frozen.
Duh, even I got that. Frozen actually says a LOT more than Tangled. Tangled was about hair?... and their relationship? how exactly?Sotiris wrote:It describes the Snow Queen's "frozen" heart.Disney's Divinity wrote:Personally, I think "Frozen" is even worse than "Tangled" because at least "Tangled" supposedly describes Flynn's and Rapunzel's relationship. Ah! Let me give it a go. The word "tangled" works on a multiplicity of levels. Rapunzel's "tangled" hair becomes a metaphor for her "tangled" life as she was stolen from her true family. Rapunzel's emotions were "tangled" as she was divided between her desire to be free, her own fears, and the obligation she felt to obey her mother. Rapunzel's life got "tangled" up with Flynn's life when they went on a "tangled" adventure with many ups and downs. Through this "tangled" journey, they manged to get "un-tangled" as they both discovered themselves and where they belonged.PatrickvD wrote:Frozen actually says a LOT more than Tangled. "Apocalypse" is overexaggerating--except maybe for DJ--it's just the title's stupid. But I’m glad you like it.PatrickyD wrote:It works for me, why is this such an apocalypse for some people?
