I heard somewhere that you could go into walmart with a promotion from another store (ie, Sears) and they would match the price... Does anyone know if this is true???

I don't have a Sears around here (well, I do at home in NY and will be there on the 8TH when the promotion ends the SEVENTH! :x ) but there is a Walmart close by...

Please let me know if you can confirm/deny this!

Yes, Wal-Mart will generally price match. But most of the time, someone else will have already done the work for you. If someone shows them the ad, they will lower the price on the shelf...for everybody, not just the person showing them the ad. That's why you have to wait a few hours for new releases. I've been into Wal-Mart first thing Tuesday morning for a new release and paid $19 or so. Later that same day I've been back in and seen the price reduced (to price match a competitor) to $15 or so.

Now if you're asking if they'll price match a Sears ad when there isn't even a Sears in the area, that's a different question. Good luck.

Pocahontas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am very excited to see the "If I Never Knew You" sequence. I wonder if they are going to put that actually in the movie like they did w/ Human Again & Morning Report, or as a bonus featurette & you watch it in the bonus features.

i would also like to get National Treasure, but prob will get that once it comes to DMC. :earsguy:

ANY of these box stores will price match:
Sears, Best Buy, Circuit City, & Walmart. Maybe you have one in your area? Everyone has at least one w/in 20 miles. ALL of these stores for me are 35 miles-but thats cuz I'm just 'South of the Border' & its borderline boonsticks & many small towns. Might as well go to Canada to get my stuff or cross the lake to NY! haha.
