Oh I remember seeing the little preview for that on the Dumbo video. That's sad, I was looking forward to that.

For the person who asked "what was it supposed to be about?" Well, what do you think it's about. To believe the mini-documentary that comes in the old Dumbo dvd, Dumbo 2 was about the usual Disney dvd lip-service...it was about "the true meaning of friendship," "sharing," "caring," blah blah blah. All of Disney's promos seem to use the same script.
They should have done this film with traditional cell animation, and make it more on the zany side like Lion King 1/2. Could have had cameos by Disney characters from other movies, like Bongo or similar...
